I Love the 80s!

Does anyone remember this sitcom from the late 70s/early 80s. It had two main characters -- one was a guy, skinny, tall, dark curly hair. The other was a woman, blonde, attractive, etc. They ran a counseling center or something like that. I seem to remember also that it was based out of Canada.
It's just something in the back of my mind and I wondered if anyone knew what I was talking about. Thanks!

Yeah, it was from Canada, and was syndicated in the US during the mid-80s (stations usually ran it during the summer). I remember an episode or two -- it was really horrible. It ran in the US at a time when there was a shortage of recent sitcoms available for syndication, so the distributor wanted to experiment to see if US audiences would accept non-domestic sitcoms. In this case, at least, they didn't.
