In potentially devastating news for kids and parents, about 200 episodes of Sesame Street have been removed from HBO Max, Variety reports. Many of the dropped episodes are from the show's earliest seasons, and the number of Sesame Street episodes on the service has fallen from around 650 to 456, according to Variety.

I think its aweful what happend to that show.... After the creator died in 1990 they just trashed it.....

Im curious why most of the cast stayed there after they started ruining it in the 90s?

^^^ It could've been due to the fact that they had done the show for so long already. Maybe they felt that leaving would've only made things worse.
