Does anyone know a good site for the show or know where (if possible) I could download episodes or even find a way to obtain them???

I just read that this show is now considered "lost media", more specifically, in the Lost Media Wiki forums. And in one thread someone said that, outside of one episode and a couple of clips, the early WB Network sitcom Nick Freno: Licensed Teacher was considered lost.
