IMO, that vlog somewhat nailed it re why the show was a disaster but didn't go into as much detail as he could have!

Wasn't the main criticism of Girls Meets World and to a lesser extent, Raven's Home was that they were trying to target young kids instead of the now adult audience that grew up with it? In other words, they didn't have more mature humor and weren't actually targeted towards millennials instead of young kids.
