I just picked up season 1 of the show for 6.99 at Burlington Coat Factory.

Unpopular opinion, the episodes from Season 1, where Charles works for the Pembrokes are better than than the ones with the Powells, even though the Powell family is the one that most people more commonly associate the show with. It was kind of like Boy Meets World (it makes sense sense it was created and mostly written by Michael Jacobs) in that the show had a lot of wit and charm and was better written than it had any right to be.

I like the first season. The revamped show was never as good.
