Does the Salute Your Shorts DVD set that's available for sale on a well-known auction website include the "Welcome to Bunk 13" pilot episode (which aired before the show was picked up for the first season)? The case doesn't mention either way.

Also, does anyone know why Paramount+ only has 10 episodes of the show? There were 26 in all.
