Tonight on Jeopardy, Matt passed James Holzhauer's former #2 record of 32 straight victories with win #33. It will still be a long way to catch Ken Jennings' 74. My poll is asking what month Matt will lose. If he keeps winning like this, the 2022 tournament of champions will be cancelled since no one else will have qualified.

I at least want to see Matt get to the first Ken Jennings hosted weeks, nothing like the current record holder overseeing the one who is trying to pass him.

I decided to vote for February. Hopefully it is before or after March. With my affiliate being on CBS, Jeopardy! will get preempted when the NCAA tournament airs.

March is my vote because I think the streak will end during the early part of the month. Otherwise, it’s Late February(very likely).

I'm not going to cast a vote cause I don't want to tempt fate and/or jinx him. I will say, however, that he's my entire reason for watching.

Same, although I don't like thinking about it cause Jeopardy isn't the same anymore.

Or as I like to call it, the TournaMatt of Cuteness - but yeah, I know.

His loss is still so raw and I just miss him terribly.

Matt Amodio questions whether Twitter removed his verification because his Jeopardy! streak ended

Amodio's Twitter account received a verification checkmark in August amid his record-breaking run on Jeopardy! Now that his streak is over, Amodio is no longer verified. "When I was verified, I was a current Jeopardy! champion," he tells Newsweek. "Since then, obviously, I have lost and am no longer current. As such, I am in the news less often now. I thought I was still a worthwhile contributor to the community, but maybe that isn't enough!"
