From that interview, it seemed that Miss Blanchard appeared embarrassed that her role in 'GMW' got brought up and was evasive about how frequently and with whom from the show she's kept in touch. Perhaps she's had time to realize that the character she played wasn't as adorable much less perfect as the show wanted others to believe.
