Buzzer is currently running $ale 6:30 PM CST and I don't think they're airing all of the episodes.

The 1st few seasons the hostess what a lady which I've long since forgotten her name and was replaced by Summer Bartholomew.

Also does it seem that the contestants miss the money cards too much?

One of my favorite game shows of all-time. I still like watching the reruns to this day.

I watched the Jack Kelly-Joe Garagiola original as well as the Perry version. Both were well done games.

I really do cared about the Perry Version during the shopping & winners board episodes. As for the Australian version, The only good hostesses during the 21 year Aussie run(‘80 to ‘01) are Delvene Delaney, Alyce Platt, Jo Bailey & Nicky Buckley.

I remember the original version of Sale of the Century that was hosted by Jack Kelly and later Joe Garagiola. It was the only game show success in NBC's overhaul of their daytime lineup in September 1969 where four games got the ax. They were You Don't Say, Match Game, Eye Guess and Personality. The two other game shows that debuted in September, Name Droppers and Letters to Laugh-In were unsuccessful and had short runs. Sale of the Century would last for four years.

I haven’t checked recently, but they were recycling the same 50 (out of 270) or so episodes syndicated episodes over and over. I think GSN aired almost all of them.

Namedroppers was moved from Eye Guess' former 12:30 ET slot to 4 PM in order for NBC to add The Who, What or Where Game to the lineup. That was in December '69. The following spring Namedroppers was axed and Somerset-originally Another World-Somerset-would run at 4 PM.

Don't see what that has to do with $ale Of The Century.
