What's kind of surprising is that Rebecca just lived in a little apartment building right off the street (no huge mansion with armed security). Of course, she wasn't a huge star (and tragically, we'll never know how big she could've gotten post-MSS). She of course sadly (and I don't mean to be crass), got more attention by being murdered, than she did when she was alive (if anything MSS was Pam Dauber's big post-Mork & Mindy vehicle).

TMC: You are right that Rebecca had to die to become famous.

Judith Barsi appeared in over seventy commercials and guested on some of the most famous TV shows and films of the eighties, but what comes to mind first? "Her Daddy killed her" (and her mom).
