PaleyFest to feature a virtual Six Feet Under 20th-anniversary reunion

Creator Alan Ball will join his cast to mark the HBO drama's 20-year anniversary this spring. Participants will be announced later. Six Feet Under premiered in June 2001. PaleyFest will also feature panels on Big Sky and The Late Late Show with James Corden.

Six Feet Under cast and crew reunite for the 20-year anniversary

Today's PaleyFest Los Angeles virtual reunion, celebrating the June 3, 2001 premiere of the HBO drama, featured creator Alan Ball along with cast members Peter Krause, Rachel Griffiths, Michael C. Hall, Lauren Ambrose, Freddy Rodríguez and Frances Conroy. This was their first reunion in 15 years. “There was something magic about the script. There was something magic about every bit of the process,” said Hall. “It was amazing, our first table read. It felt like I was meeting my family from a parallel universe, and it still does.” Ambrose added: “I’m so overwhelmed right now. Like my heart is beating out of my chest, just because these people are so knitted into the fabric of who I am as an actor, and an artist, and a person.”
