Default Why Did Garry Marshall Use Scott Baio In So Many Series?

He moved him from Blansky's Beauties to Happy Days to Who's Watching The Kids.

He was a teen idol. He started out on Happy Days, went to Blansky's Beauties came back to Happy Days, then went to Who's Watching the Kids and then returned again to Happy Days. Let's also not forget the back and forth for Joanie Loves Chachi.

He was an attractive kid who was a natural performing in front of a studio audience. Tough combination to find.

He started off on Blansky's Beauties first, then went on to Happy Days.

Yeah Never understood Garry Marshall's career push of Scott baio . Chachi was annoying. For whatever reason girl's liked him and I guess he wanted that for his shows. But there wasn't much talent there that stood out.

Gary Marshall also used Al Molinaro and Penny Marshall in more than one of his series too.

Yeah, but they had talent and were actually funny.

As much as I dislike Scott Baio’s politics, he was a good child actor. Nothing as stellar as Ronnie Howard of course, but quite good nonetheless.

Sorry, Penny Marshall was never funny, just annoying. The Laverne and Shirley appearances on Happy Days were unwatchable. That goes double for their own show.

Al Molinaro was funny, that I agree with. Yep, yep, yep, yep.
