I just started watching this for the first time a few months ago. I never made the pandemic connection. I enjoy the show for the reasons stated. It doesn't hurt that Michael Landon is so easy on the eyes.
![]() Some of the actors seem so accessible. Watching the other day, I noticed Laura's friend Carl was so adorable and a good little actor. I googled him and found he was on Facebook. I send a quick note, and he "liked" it. I was sad to read that the actor who played Nellie Oleson's husband Percival died young not long after the show ended. RIP Steve Tracey. They run about five LHOTP episodes, starting in the morning into early afternoon. I usually stay in bed watching most of it. Fine show. It started while I was in high school. I guess I was too busy to watch back then.

If I do get more time, I WILL watch an LHOP ep or so. Especially the one where Laura pushes Nelly down a hill in a wheelchair. (Nelly had duped Laura into thinking she injured her and when Laura found out BOY was she mad.) And YES many of the actors and actresses on the show are easy on the eyes! ![]() Happy viewing!

"Little House" is definitely a favorite but it's kind of up and down with me. Meaning that I watched it literally for hours every day from the end of February when I quit my job until probably a month or so ago. I tend to get burned out on it if I watch it too much, which is probably true of any show. I do love the show and the poster is right, it's a great show to marathon watch. Some episodes are definitely better than others and I much prefer the earlier seasons.
