Melrose Place cast to virtually reunite Tuesday for coronavirus relief

The Stars in the House YouTube series benefitting The Actors Fund will reunite the cast of the 1992-1998 Fox drama. Heather Locklear is expected to join former co-stars Grant Show, Andrew Shue, Courtney Thorne-Smith, Daphne Zuniga, Josie Bissett, Thomas Calabro, Marcia Cross, Laura Leighton and Doug Savant. In a virtual reunion, Melrose Place cast recalled the show taking off with the addition of Heather Locklear “Heather came on, and suddenly we had a villain, and it just took off," said Courtney Thorne-Smith of Locklear's role of Amanda. Locklear, who participated in the reunion for the Stars in the House YouTube series to raise money for The Actors Fund's coronavirus relief, said "it would be fun to play Amanda again" after reprising the role in The CW's short-lived Melrose Place reboot. |
