Question Terrible episodes of great shows

It's just inevitable when every long-running or critically acclaimed show has so many episodes, at least one of them is going to be a major stinker. Sometimes, these particular episodes can be just as well-known as the actually great episodes.

Well, there was the "Monroe Gets Raped" episode of Too Close For Comfort.

Pretty sure that episode was probably pulled from re-run syndication and DVD collections.

MASH-Dreams, Fallen Idol, Hawkeye, Snap Judgment/Snappier Judgment (2 part episode), Who Knew, most of seasons 8-11.

The backdoor pilot episodes that barely feature the series characters like the Ken Berry pilot on Brady Bunch.

Thanks for the reminder on Brady Bunch--the absolute worst of the worst episodes! It would probably be on a TV Guide list of worst episodes.

Everybody Loves Raymond had an episode in the final season about a janitor, who had a kid that one of Ray's kids played with. Unwatchable. Even the actors looked strained toward the end.

Also the final ep. of Andy Griffith, with the stereotypical foreigners selling the farm to Ken Berry, or something like that. I can't watch it, to remember the exact plot.

Oh No

I'm gonna say the ep of Family Matters called "Odd Man In"...Eddie Winslow is a VERY selfish ******* after Steve Urkel volunteered to help him out with being a peanut vendor. Eddie would rather go to a bikini contest at a frat house while Steve already had plans the next day...but Eddie insists that Steve fills-in...couldn't he have asked someone else who works at Soldier Field to fill-in for him? That's how it works!

Then Eddie blames Steve for getting him fired due to not having any experience in the food vending industry...he even threatened to end his relationship with Steve. The subplot isn't any better...Carl Winslow doesn't think Harriette can play poker...but she can....

I agree, but I'll take "Kelly's Kids" over my most despised episode "The Personality Kid" any day.

Pork Chops and Applesauce?

I got another one (a lot will probably disagree) -- the I Love Lucy Scotland episode. Absolutely horrible!

I seem to remember there's a Family Matters episode where Steve Urkel's robot he built, "Urkelbot" goes nuts and kills all of the characters! It was like a stupid Halloween episode if I remember. Also, any of the episodes that featured Steve's cousin Myrtle. Jaleel White played her, so she was basically Steve Urkel in drag.

That's the one. Actually, I don't care for any episode that centers on Peter.

Really, I don't remember that episode at all. It must have been from one of the two last seasons, which I haven't watched that much.
