County https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/ne...-county-127953 Defense attorney Troy Slaten, 44, began his acting career at age 5 as the son of Tyne Daly's NYPD detective Mary Beth Lacey. He went on to star in Fox's Parker Lewis Can't Lose in the early 90s as Jerry Steiner, Parker's nerdy trench coat-wearing sidekick. Slaten is one of a handful of former child stars who've entered the legal profession. Others include The Wonder Years' Josh Saviano and Crystal McKellar, and Jeff Cohen, who played Chunk in The Goonies.
