Was this Disney's version/answer to "Victorious"

I mean, it did premiere less than a year after Victorious debuted.

Way off.
Hollywood Arts is exclusively for the performing arts. Webster High School's one class for the gifted and talented (Advanced Natural Talents) doesn't necessarily revolve around the entertainment industry.

Erwin Sikowitz is an oddball who gets visions from tainted coconut milk, and probably took a few too many drugs at Lollapaloosa. Gibson is just an idiot.

Jade West has a real talent, and is a sullen wannabe goth girl. Lexi Reed is a stuck up cheerleader who doesn't belong in Webster High's A.N.T. class, is too old for it anyway, and thinks the kids in the class are all a bunch of freaks.

Cat Valentine began as a neurotic girl who's life is at the mercy of everyone around her, but became an idiot in later seasons. But at least she has a talent. Paisley Houndstooth was always an idiot, has no talent, and seems to live her school life as Lexi's underling.

Robbie Shapiro seems to be your standard Hollywood nerd. Fletcher Quimby , though a talented artist is an idiot. In fact, the common theme on this show is that the guys are idiots, and the only idiot who's female is Paisley.

Yes, Andre Harris sings on Victorious, but so do most of the main characters. On A.N.T. Farm, it's almost exclusively Chyna Parks.

BTW, this is my 4,400th post.
