Former Sex and the City boss and 2 Broke Girls co-creator Michael Patrick King is returning to CBS with Fun, starring Urie and Newton as brother and sister who run a funeral home in a small Pennsylvania town. As they say in their family: "You can’t spell funeral without f-u-n." |

A funeral home comedy, huh? Sounds like a perfect way for Michael Patrick King to get back at CBS for cancelling his previous sitcom, 2 Broke Girls, without a proper sendoff. If this new "Fun" pilot gets a series order, it better be a co-production with CBS Television Studios in order to avoid a fate similar to 2BG down the road. I would think the cast and crew of 2BG would avoid working with CBS after that screwover, but no, they just had to put one 2BG main-castmember on The Neighborhood.
