Brianne Howey plays mom Georgia, who is shrewd, smart manipulative and steely under her charm. And Antonia Gentry will play her biracial daughter Ginny, who is smart, rebellious and vulnerable. Friday Night Lights alum Scott Porter also stars. In addition to the "G" names, Ginny & Georgia is like Gilmore Girls in that it's set in a quaint New England town.
