Burgess expressed unhappiness with Cohen's question on Sunday night's show about Eddie Murphy's past homophobic comments in the 1981 HBO comedy special Delirious -- comments that Murphy expressed regret for in the mid-1990s. Cohen was asking Burgess about Murphy because they worked together on the upcoming film Dolemite Is My Name. "Sunday was a display of ratchet behavior by a well connected man having blatant disregard for one of his guests,” Burgess wrote on Instagram. “If only time were taken to know who I am and not assuming that I am the character I play on TV, he would know how to conduct a proper interview with at all!” ALSO: Cohen responded on his radio show this morning: "He wasn't having me...from the jump."
