TMC Member Forum Idol Join Date: Jan 09, 2001 Posts: 124,856	NBC cancels Marlon and Midnight, Texas https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/li...at-nbc-1171495 The Peacock waited until the Friday night before the long Christmas weekend to make its (apparently) final two cancelations of 2018. Midnight, Texas, based on Charlaine Harris' trilogy, was renewed to air during the season after a successful run in summer 2017. Ratings, however, fell steeply in Season 2 and Universal Television plans to shop the series around. Marlon was also canceled after a second season ratings drop.
