It’s about 50 miles from where I grew up. The Boy Scouts troop I was part of owned some land and property there. We’d go there, and stay mostly on the property and surrounding woods (I remember a lake). But I’m sure occasionally we’d head into the town itself. Wish I had a better memory for stuff like this.

(There was one store I think with great edibles, but they burned down and ended up selling pop culture gifts with the help of the guy from ER).

Ahhhh, hahaha! You had me right up until "but they burned down"! At "I think with great edibles" I was like "Oh, cool!! Just like Edna's Edibles!", but then your next thought showed me it was just like Edna's Edibles!

I'm a no-coaster, living in a state with no coast whatsoever. But I'm much closer to the west coast.

What state do you live in, Lorimar, if I may ask?

Oh, well, if ya wanna get technical about it, , I'm not a coaster either, as I too live in a non-coast state, lol. But I'm much closer to the east coast.

Retro, you surprise me! I thought with all your talk of having been to New England (seeing the original school for the exteriors of Eastland, etc.,), that you were in PA or NY!
