Big Brother UK canceled after 41 seasons, including the celebrity editions

The 19th season of Big Brother UK, which launches tonight following last week's conclusion to the 22nd season of Celebrity Big Brother, will cap off all editions of Britain's Big Brother franchise -- at least for now. Channel 5, which has aired Big Brother UK since 2011, announced "it's time for the game to end. Game over." Big Brother UK originally aired on Channel 4 from 2000 to 2010. There is still a possibility that Big Brother UK could be relaunched on another network. |
