Barris signed his ABC Studios deal just last year, and has three years remaining. The potential Netflix deal comes after Barris clashed with the network over a Black-ish episode that was pulled in February, which reportedly tackled the National Anthem protests. According to The Hollywood Reporter, although ABC described the decision to pull the episode as mutual, "sources say otherwise."
