No. People are acting like Kathy is some A-lister who is no longer going to be getting movie roles. That's simply not her career. The people who are boycotting Kathy are not her fans. It's not an effective boycott because she will still retain the same fans who continue to see her live shows throughout the country.

OK, but she did lose ANDERSON COOPER as a fan. I think that's a really big deal. He called her "disgusting" and I agree with him.

Anderson and Kathy were/are close friends. He had no choice or his own job would be at stake which is obviously far more important than a New Year's Eve show with a comedian. Whether or not he completely disassociates with her will not have an effect on her own fan base.

OK, I'll just trust Anderson's words when he called her "disgusting." I adore Anderson, and I don't think he was lying or appeasing anyone. I trust what he says.

Aren't a lot of her shows being cancelled? Also, I agree on the A lister comment--you rarely heard anything about her...until now. Also, it's obvious she's no Trump fan--but I think she and her mgrs. regarded this as more of a publicity stunt.

They are being cancelled because of security issues, not because people are backing out of wanting to see her. Kathy has a very loyal fan base that supports what she does, and that is playing small theatres. She wasn't exactly filling and selling out arenas. She plays theatres and casinos and the like, which is exactly what she will continue to do in time.

What Kathy Griffin did was in bad taste no doubt about it but it amazes me that all of these people are jumping all over her but where there they when President Obama received far worst during his 8 years as President?

Can you post one worse than her mocking ISIS beheading victims? People had family members die like that who have nothing to do with politics. Did any "celebrity" do something "far worst" about Obama? I'd like to see that.
