Smile Dennis Classics

Great picture, I'm new at adding pictures to messages, this time it didn't work the way it did last time. But here goes, I like this picture too.

Is there a way you can take a picture you've saved on your computer and put it here or do you always have to get it straight from internet to here? I have lots of great pictures I've collected over the years that I've saved from various internet sites. Now I have no way of knowing the source of those pictures but I still have the pictures on my computer. Would be nice if I could copy and paste a picture.

I always post pictures copy and paste off the internet! Only saved pictures for avatar pics! I don't really know how to post saved pics on the threads though!

I'm pretty sure that is how a lot of the people on that ODAAT thread post their pics. (saved pics attachments) You can ask over there!

I think Joseph Kearns was the perfect Mr. Wilson. No one could replace him. I especially loved when Dennis was being Dennis and Wilson had to pretend he loved little Dennis when he wanted to sell the house next door to a childless couple. Dennis is covered in melted ice cream and crawls into Mr. Wilson's lap and I love Wilson's face. (sorry don't know how my post wound up here)

Didn't it seem odd that Mr. Wilson was retired already? I wonder what job he did that he could retire so early. Kearns was 55 when he died so the Mr. Wilson character would be mid to late fifties in age. I thought it would be great being retired and puttering around a garden, coin collecting, stamp collecting, birdwatching, etc. like he did but why did he wear a necktie most of the time?

I wondered too why Mr. Wilson wore a tie during the day. I know it was the custom to be properly dressed in case you had guests. I remember in one episode his former boss wants him to come back and he worked in womenswear I believe. He obviously was able to retire early.

Confused Banker's Hours I would mind wearing a tie every day, but who'd see it?

I think Mr. Wilson worked in a bank. That was the boss at the bank who wanted him back. Then Mr. Wilson came back & Dennis followed and wanted Mr. Wilson to open an account. Uh oh, you don't want to know the rest.

Also in another episode a man comes to see him and wants Mr. Wilson to come back to his old office all the way to Pittsburgh. Martha can't see leaving their home and friends and George wants to go to get away from Dennis. It wasn't a bank and his old boss needs George to show the employees how to get things done.

Rolleyes All Career Paths Lead To Dennis' Next Door Neighbor

Looks like Mr. Wilson had a couple of careers, depending on which episode you want to go by. Maybe he was just restless.

I bet that nerve medicine was like Vitameatavegamine. It probably contained about 85% alcohol. I'm surprised Wilson wasn't addicted and had to have an intervention.

That was the real reason George and Martha moved!
