I'm re-watching TAXI now as an adult

I just saw the episode with the pot brownies. You never told me Jim's roommate was Tom Hanks! LOL

I was glad to see Lloyd able to play such a stuck up proper smart Harvard student, I was worried that Lloyd could only speak in that annoying Jim congested manner, because he pretty much acts the same way as Doc Brown in BTTF. Again Netflix does not have season 3 so I missed the entire season 3 thats why I never knew Jim came form a wealthy family.

Lloyd I think got slightly typecast with those two roles, like you say he played them basically the same way. But more recently he showed he could do more than that, and actually be creepy for his role in the 2016 movie I Am Not A Serial Killer.

Yeah well if you notice he plays Jim and Doc Brown the same way with the crazy eyes and his voice is rather irritating like a congested drunk. I seriously wondered if Lloyd suffers from some kind of congestive disorder or really bad allergies. Like he seems to always need to clear his throat. If you listen carefully in TAXI he clears his throat like literally a few times per episode while he's delivering his lines.

I never saw I Am Not A Serial Killer is it worth a view? Sounds like a Lifetime movie to be honest.

Nothing like a Lifetime movie, but the titles does sound like one of theirs.

I think it's one of the best movies of 2016, but I'm not sure what kinds of films you like. It's a violent serial killer horror film.

in a book I have about "TAXI" (it's called "Hailing TAXI"-I don't know if it's still in print) it says Tom Hanks did that episode for free.

he was also good as a Klingon Commander named Kruge in STAR TREK III: THE SEARCH FOR SPOCK.
