She was just a supporting character on Moesha? How did she get the clout for that kind of a contract?

You would think outspoken Monique who was a well known stand up comic at the time would have the same deal.

Jack Klugman sued NBC for missing profits for Quincy, M.E. (1976-1983) in 1998, but he had his own production company. Did she do more than act?
