I watch it on my computer. DVD players in computers are region free.

Or if you have AppleTV you can stream whatever is on your computer to your TV via wifi

Parker Lewis Can't Lose got its first two seasons released but not the third (at least not in the US). The story goes the first two seasons didn't sell well enough to justify the chaos they had to go through to get the music rights clearance.
