It does air on Retro TV, but I don't know if the full series airs or just public domain episodes. In any case, the full series is going to air on the new CBS-owned Decades network, which launched this month. For those who will be getting Decades, note that starting the end of this month, they are having a binge-watching marathon of back-to-back episodes of every episode of I Love Lucy, The Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour, and The Lucy Show. I Love Lucy starts at 7:30 AM on Tuesday, February 24 and runs non-stop until 1:00 AM on February 28 (Friday night/Saturday morning). That, in turn, runs non-stop until 5:00 PM Saturday, February 28 when The Lucy Show takes over and runs continuously until 11:00 PM on March 3.

If you live in one of the 21 cities that carries this network, then you can get it. It's over the air and free. Just connect a digital antenna to your set if you don't already have one. This Wikipedia page lists all the cities where Decades will air.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decades_%28TV_network%29

If Conshohocken, Pennsylvania is actually your location, I understand that to be a suburb of Philadelphia, and Philadelphia is one of the cities with a Decades station. It's digital channel 3.2.

Update:
I just checked to see where the station transmitter is located and it's in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia, which is about 4 miles from Conshohocken. So you definitely get this channel. And according to TVfool.com, you should be able to pick it up perfectly fine with just an indoor set-top antenna. Lucky you!

3.2? What does that mean? Can't we get it on a channel that's a single number? How do you get 3.2???

With a digital antenna. Unless you use a really old TV set (analog), you can get 3.2. All TV sets are digital now. Your remote control will have either a period (.) or a dash (-) where the numbers are. So you'd enter 3.2 or 3-2, depending on how it's represented on the remote. And using your remote, you need to switch over from cable (HDMI) to local digital (TV). But you probably won't get decent reception if you don't have a digital antenna connected to the back of the set. Given how close you are to this station, you only need a cheap indoor digital antenna. Best Buy sells them.

yes, I know all sets made in the last 10 or 15 years or so are digital. And we just got our set about 9 or 10 years ago.

I live in CT. but I don't get Decades. I have WCBS but not Decades. Decades is replacing CBS New York Plus which I didn't have, so I guess I'm out.

It depends on where you are in CT. According to the map below, WCBS in NY (Decades is their subchannel!) can reach to Stamford with an indoor antenna (green color coded) and some areas around New Haven with a rooftop antenna (purple and blue coded). Note that it may take a moment for the color coding to appear:

And WBZ in Boston (also has a Decades subchannel) can be reached in parts of eastern CT with an indoor antenna, and to Norwich with a rooftop antenna:
