Ann Heche 'Leaves Husband for Costar' - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

HOLLYWOOD - Actress Anne Heche has separated from her husband of five years, Coleman Laffoon, to be with her Men in Trees costar James Tupper, according to media reports.
Heche, 37, wed movie cameraman Tupper in 2001--a year after ending her long-term relationship with talk-show host Ellen DeGeneres.

Her publicist Lisa Kasteler says, "They have requested that they be allowed their privacy at this time."

Kasteler refused to comment on her client's love life any further, but a spokesperson for Tupper confirms he split from his wife in November.

Heche and Tupper are currently shooting Men in Trees together in Vancouver, Canada. She plays a New York author, while he plays a rugged Alaskan ranger.

I read in the paper that Heche's co-star James Tupeer spilt from his wife a few months ago.

To be honest, i don't think "Men In Trees" will make it to a second season, so it will be fun to see how long these two stay together when they're back in Hollywood.

They showed clips from the time when she was with Ellen on one of those
news/entertainment shows and she came off as being a little flakey. I guess
she hasn't changed. I still enjoy watching her tv show.

HOLLYWOOD - The wife of Anne Heche's reported new lover fought to keep her man when she started realizing he was falling for his costar.

Heche has split from her husband, cameraman Colley Laffoon, and is rumored to be dating her Men in Trees costar James Tupper.

And in a recent TV interview--filmed before Tupper split from his wife in November--he admits his ex knew she'd have to fight for his affections when she saw her husband and Heche getting sexy onscreen.

In the Extra interview, Tupper reveals, "I notice after those scenes, my wife goes and buys a $1,000 dress!"
