NBC in terms of advertising revenue is in second place. ABC is first place! Advertising revenue is the audience from 18-49 overall and premium dollars are 18-34 range. CBS is in third place follow by Fox. ABC gets more of the premium ad dollars. CBS get the least!

I terms of total audience it is:

CBS by almost double that of second place NBC! ABC is third and Fox is last!

Messing looks still hot but I not sure she can do crime drama since she is very thin and does not look like she does not know how to handle a pistol - especially a Glock 19 which is thick and not fitting her small hand! I think it could be a flop but never know!

"Wednesdays will kick off with the Debra Messing crime drama The Mysteries of Laura at 8..."

From Broadwayworld.com:
" NYPD homicide detective who balances her Columbo day job with a crazy family life that includes two unruly twin boys and a soon-to-be ex-husband (Josh Lucas) - also a cop - who just can't seem to sign the divorce papers. Between cleaning up after her boys and cleaning up the streets, she'd be the first to admit she has her "hot mess" moments in this hilariously authentic look at what it really means to be a "working mom" today. Somehow, she makes it all work with the help of her sexy and understanding partner, and things becomes even more complicated when her husband, ironically, becomes her boss at the precinct. For Laura, every day is a high-wire balancing act."

Default NBC’s new schedule looks boring now that it’s no longer in freefall

http://www.vulture.com/2014/05/nbc-2...-analysis.html

"Calling NBC’s new schedule ‘boring' might sound like a burn,” says Josef Adalian, "but it’s actually just the opposite: Winning networks tend to be dull networks, and right now, the Peacock is totally winning.”

Default NBC wins the 2013-14 season among younger viewers, CBS wins in total viewers

http://tvline.com/2014/05/20/ratings...014-tv-season/

The Peacock captured the 18-49 demo crown for the first time in 10 years.

NBC has won the 2013-14 TV season. Because of this, can we really still think of NBC as a dysfunctional last-place network now?

You are so right. I changed the name of the thread. lol

I still don't think they're all that great but they do have a few shows I enjoy now: the Blacklist; Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D. Ratings are still mediocre for the most part though other than Football and the Voice. we'll have to see what happens when The Blacklist moves to Thursday. I hope it does well.

NBC has a few of the biggest shows on TV and a bunch of other solid players, which is enough to be a successful broadcast network, even if they still have a handful of problems. It has also benefited from the other networks having pretty bad years. CBS's older skew and lack of new hits is catching up to them, ABC's questionable scheduling and struggle to launch new shows leaves them perpetually in fourth place and FOX is kind of a disaster area. NBC has issues but they probably have less of them than the other three networks at this point.

They are sometimes in last place when their comedies become so trashy and messed up lately.

NBC's headquarters at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in New York City was originally named the RCA Building upon its opening in 1933. It was renamed the GE Building in 1988. Now in 2014, the building is going to be renamed the Comcast Building, after NBC's parent company.

just because they aren't in last place anymore and have a few shows that people are watching, does not mean that they don't suck.
