I give credit to the old TNN. I got the channel here in Connecticut which is pretty impressive on a channel based in Nashville. A channel called "The Nashville Network", Im surprised we got it here in CT. You would think "The Nashville Network" would just be based in Tennessee and the surrounding areas.

I missed when they used to air shows such as Alice, Diff'rent Strokes, Three's Company, The A-Team as well as their own original game shows such as Fandango and especially Top Card w/ Jim Caldwell & Blake Pickett and later w/ Dan Miller and Paige Brown.

The Waltons and occasionally Alice. Why did the network get sold to those criminals at Viacom? As the saying goes, if it ain't broke...

I never really watched TNN at all except when they had Monday Night RAW,but that was after it was rebranded to the national network, but anyway...
I never watched all the country shows they had,but after my dad passed awau he had 2500 plus vhs tapes,so goin thru those there was a lot of Crook & Chase shows,The Statler Brothers Show, Nasville Now with Ralph Emery and the life & times documentary show with country star bios like bio networkhas...Watchig those old shows they wernt so bad so i kept them all, most are from late 80s into the 90s Also the show Yesteryear where they would highlight a certain year and give clues by singing songs and telling of vents from that year and by the end of the show say what year it was. I think it started as a segment on the Statler Brothers show before getting its own show....have a lot of the shows in mentioned on vhs |

Walrus is Paul, I used to watch Monday Night Raw on TNN and before that ECW on TNN. I used to see during ECW on TNN commericals for Rockin' Bowl and Roller Derby.

I loved watching Alice reruns on TNN, as well as the Friday night ECW show. I was actually at an episode of "ECW on TNN", facing the hard camera, and I could stare at myself the whole hour...lol. Good memories.
