Why dont they just release a 2 part episode of The Big Valley and call that a movie??

I don't know why there is such a need to remake things. I guess modern writers don't have original ideas. I'd rather watch the original movie or TV show than watch some lame excuse to get money for something that worked fine the first time.

Most of the people that make these remakes don't care about the original tv show or movie. They're just using the name to make money. That Dukes of Hazard movie was just plain disgusting.

Which makes me glad I didn't see it. Both John Schneider and Ben Jones from the original series spoke out against the movie.
