IMO, I think TNN should go back to The Nashville Network instead of The National Net. - Page 4 - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I never watched TNN until ECW came on in August of 99. It was there highest rated show but then they started that we got pop slogan and changed the name and added the WWE. ECW got canceled because it didn't draw the 2.0 rating that TNN wanted but it was still the highest rated show until WWE came on. TNN never gave any support towards ECW so ever since then I've had hatred for that channel but I still watch Raw of course.

Sure they can show Star Trek: The Next Generation's brains out but why not The Dukes of Hazzard? It was an 80s program and Star Trek was wasn't it?

I would love to see that show again. Daisy Duke was HOT!

Let me see.....I think the last original Star Trek movie was in 87. Not sure if that's right, so I bet TNG started either really late 80s or early 90s. Not sure though.

Nope, I got that wrong. Star Trek 6 was in 1991 and TNG started in 1987.

I take offense to AJ2086's comments (page 3), and I live in the city.

I can only imagine how people that live in rural areas would feel.

And, if AJ2086 checks the soap opera ratings, she/he would see not many people give a damn about All My Children.

Anyway, I loved TNN when it was the Nashville Network. I cannot stand TNN now.

TNN is geared toward the 18-49 male. Since I am a female, TNN doesn't care about me anyway, because I am not the audience they want to attract.
