Charmed is over. It had a slight chance of making it on the WB for next season, but on the CW, it's effectively over. As for OTH, I'd be surprised to see it on the fall schedule, but as a mid season replacement? Maybe.

I think OTH has a small chance of making it. I think WB realizes that the divorce hurt ratings badly this season, and it's in a timeslot where Smallville flopped in too (and now Smallville is having its best ratings ever). Ratings aren't the best but OTH makes WB a lot of money thanks to DVD sales (which Everwood and 7th Heaven flopped in) as well as soundtrack residuals. I think if they kept letting What I Like About You limp along for four low-rated seasons, when their best ratings were worse than OTH's nadir this season, I think a fourth season is in order, and if it stays down, then it's time to let go, but OTH is frankly too successful a franchise for WB to let go after just three seasons.

With my schedule that would make these shows dead/canceled:
South Beach (like it was going to make the cut anyway?)
Cuts
Related (rumored to be close to cancelation anyways)
Twins
Pepper Dennis
The Bedford Diaries (rumored to be DOA anyways)
Modern Men
Misconceptions

My guess is this...

Sunday:
7pm: New Comedy
730: New Comedy
8: Reba
830: One On One
9pm: New Comedy
930: Half and Half

Monday:
8pm: Everwood
9pm: Veronica Mars
10pm: Supernatural

Tuesday:

8pm: Gilmore Girls
9pm: America's Next Top Model
10: One Tree Hill

Wed:
8pm: Love Inc.,
830: Eve
9: Girlfriends
930: Girlfriends Spin-Off

Thursday:
8pm: Beauty and The Geek
9: Smallville
10: New Drama Series

Friday:
8: Smackdown
10: Blue Collar TV

The CW won't air regular programming in the 10PM hour. If Fox hasn't don it in all it's years, then I don't see CW doing it either.

MONDAYS
8PM - Everybody Hates Chris
8:30 - New Sitcom
9PM - Girlfriends
9:30 - Half and Half (a high rated sitcom for UPN standards)

TUESDAYS
8PM - Gilmore Girls
9PM - Veronica Mars

WEDNESDAYS
8PM - America's Next Top Model / Beauty & the Geek
9PM - New Drama

THURSDAYS
8PM - Smallville
9PM - Supernatural

FRIDAYS
8PM - Smackdown!

SUNDAYS
7PM - Who knows? New Drama? Dramady? Sitcoms? Reruns?
8PM - Reba
8:30 - New Sitcom
9PM - Aquaman

Honestly though, I think a smarter move would have Smackdown! move to Sunday's, and air 7pm-9pm as lead in for Aquaman. I could also see Aquaman paired with Smallville and have Reba anchor a new Friday night lineup with sitcoms. We'll see.

I don't see a lot of hope for One Tree Hill, or Everwood, but IMO, the CW should keep both on the backburner, just in case and at least give them both one more season, or even half a season (13 episodes) to end it properly.
