Most notable was the casting of Regina King, who had been a co-star of NBC's "Leap of Faith," joining the cast of the Nathan Lane comedy "Life of the Party." Ms. King's departure from "Leap," a rapidly declining 8:30 p.m. (ET) Thursday lead-out from "Friends," could indicate the chances of NBC renewing the midseason sitcom are becoming more remote.

I'm looking forward to seeing his new show because I remembered his old show, "Encore, Encore!" which was a failure, but entertaining. Let's see if the new show lasts longer...
