Why they might be annoying The storyline ripped off the movie 'Ferris Beuller.' It was more popular in Germany than in America, where it was created. The show gave foreign viewers the wrong impression about American high schools. The show lost its essence after the first season. It was cancelled after the third season. It developed lame catch phrases, such as 'cool stuff' and 'not a problem.' None of the stars had success after the show got cancelled. Why they might not be annoying The show featured many interesting characters. The show was witty and catchy. Credit: Thomas127a |

Corin Nemec has gone on to do a lot of things since his time as Parker Lewis and Abraham Benrubi was a regular on ER. Seems like Billy Jayne (or Jacoby) did more before he got a part on Parker Lewis than after, which is too bad. You can see him in commercials, though. By the way, he was Brett in the movie Cujo.
I always think of that when I see him. As for those catch phrases, they weren't that annoying were they? I don't know, maybe that's just me. But they were cool at the time, and I've heard people using them still today. I don't think the show was annoying. Underrated and cancelled well before its time? Yes.
