Yes, there were alot of great moments for a show that some people dismissed as "forgettable".... It may not be the best show ever made, but there was alot of comedic talent happening!
- Allie by herself in "a weekend to remember" was hysterical when she was talking to herself...
- Kate when she accidentally took the tranquilizer pills before Ted came over
- The two of them trying to make the lobster dinner for themselves..in "my dinner with kate and Allie"
- having New years Eve in the laundry room....
- Allie when she was sick and lost in Paris...
- Allies' first date- that was a classic- I think it was the first episode.
- serving dinner to the psychiatrists when Allie drank all the brandy....
- Allie and her sewing machine- with her "tucks and ruffles".
There are so many classic moments in this show!
I love it!

I also liked the episode where Kate and Allie pretend to be lesbians to appeal to the owners of their apartment who happen to be lesbian.

Also, Jenny moving into the dorm at Columbia was moving because I was a college student at the same time and could relate.

Actually, I never really saw any "Jennie moving in to the dorm episode"...it just seemed that one episode Allie was adamant about not letting her live in the dorm, the next, she's all happily living in the dorms...???

If I remember correctly there was an episode where Jenny and Allie argue over where Jenny would live at home or live in the dorm at Columbia.

Maybe I'm wrong.

-Allie's cake baking in season 1. Mentioned this here before but it's worth mentioning again - that episode was a classic and deserved her Emmy for that season by itself...

-When Kate accidently takes too many tranquilizers! I never laughed so hard at this show, and I must have replayed that scene 10 times!

-When Chip has nothing to do and starts pouring random stuff out of the medicine cabinet into the toilet and it starts to overflow with gray foam!

Allie: I wonder what's in it...
Kate: What difference does that make?
Allie: It's sparkling! Maybe he could use it on the bathtub!

I could go on and on, but I won't...to say the least this is one great show! But I must admit, the bottom bars on Oxygen start to bug me more each time I watch!!

Some of my favorites are. . .

"Whatever Happened to Romance" - When Jennie and Emma answered the personal add using Kate's picture and the name Sabrina.

"Upstairs, Downstairs" - when Kate, Allie, Jennie, and Emma all get mad at each other. There's a lot of door slamming and running up and down the stairs as poor Chip looks on.

"Allie's Affair" - when Allie had the affair with her young college professor, Malcom.

"Thank You Shirley" - when Kate and Allie compete for the same man, not knowing which one of them he likes better.

"A Catered Affair" - a misunderstanding lands Kate and Allie in court when they accidentally invite a woman's husband to her illicit rendezvous with her lover.

There are so many great episodes! I love this show!

OK my fav episode is the one where they flashback to when both Kate and Allie were pregnant, I forgot did they get stuck in the car? That was very funny!

Yeah! They were arguing in the car then all of a sudden, Allie accidently flung the keys out the window. It was too tight for either of them to get out of the car, and neither could reach the keys. Then, Kate goes into labor!!

My very fav eps, that I have yet to get on tape is 'General Hospital'. I haven't seen it for years.

The one where the ladies are bickering and the kids tied them with handcuffs to get them back together and when the kids found them getting back together they still kept them handcuffed not believing them while drinking either beer or wine!! As they always do at the end of each show it seems!!

That episode was kinda traumatic for me.

I like the show alot but the first season or two were the best. I like the Halloween episodes but if I had to pick one it would be "A very loud family"
Its one of the first episodes where they just move in and one of the girls video tapes all of them for a school project.

The Bully - where a girl is bullying Chip SO good!

The episode where Allie gets hypnotized. I laughed harder watching this than any other episode.

The Halloween episode is the best I have seen out of ANY sitcom that has done a Halloween episode. Brilliant
