Are you still getting that snappy thing? I think that only takes pics 1 at a time, but I can't remember. That video thing I have takes 30 at a time. Hell, 30 at a time isn't even enough for me.

It sure is and it's a really hard way to live especially when you seem everything in a gloomy way. I mean everyone has their ups and downs, but when you're constantly getting the downs you feel like you're being suffocated.

 Exactly, and I've told you about how I've got my mind twisted. If something good happens, I expect something bad to be tied to it. It's expected, I expect it. My parents keep telling me that's nonsense, so as you can see, that's whats holding me back from being happy for long periods of time. I know this post must sound so weird, but this is how much I've twisted my mind into thinking this.

I'm glad somebody understands. My parents certainly don't. My mom just tells me I have to stop thinking that way, but I can't. I can't just wake up one day and say, oh golly geez, everything is gonna be coming up roses today and for the rest of my life. I can't do that.

My mom will have her smart ass moments when she says stuff like 'If I had a gun, I'd use it.' But it's just pure smart ass comments, she'd never do that. She just gets really disgusted at suicide because her father did it, shot himself. And yeah, I'm a bit disgusted at him, too. He should've opened up. He could've tried or something......

I guess I could see why she's digusted by it. With some people like my friend's boyfriend his father hung himself in their basement and he became sucidal himself and tried to hang himself on his father's death anniversary. Luckily, his girlfriend got there just in time and she put him away for awhile in an institution because she wanted him to get better. He's out now, still somewhat depressed, but doing better. So I can see both views on how someone can take that.
Perhaps, he just felt helpless and wanted to give in without trying the other options? Maybe he just didn't see what his options were.

Yeah, my grandfather did it right around my mom's birthday.
I'm just not sure. You might be right, he might've thought he didn't have any options and things wouldn't get better, so why not give the gun a whirl. As far as I know, he didn't leave a suicide note. Mom never told me, and I never asked. I didn't know how to word it. I couldn't just blurt out, 'Hey, did grandpa leave a suicide note?' It just doesn't sound right to say it that way.

That's horrible that he did it around that time. :(
Sad thing is I sometimes feel like that. Okay, pretty much everytime I'm depressed.
Yeah, you'd think he'd at least had left you guys one. Well, maybe he didn't think about that either. Yeah, that is kind of hard to ask someone who just lost their father. I don't recommend it, but if you really would like to know you could always snoop around to see if there is one. If there was I'm sure your mom would've kept it even though what he did disgusted her. I don't know it's hard to say.

I remember when he died, they um gave mom this little sandwich baggy thing. It had some change in it, a watch, basically anything he had on him at the time. I didn't see a note in there, so unless mom hid it or my uncles have it. Mom has two brothers, so maybe they have it.

If there is a note, I would like to read it. But in a way, it'd just bring it all back up. It'd bring up the sadness the anger, it'd just come flooding back at me again all at once. So I'm just split about that note, if it even exists.

I can understand that. You're curious to know whats written in the note (if it exists) and yet you're afraid to be reminded of the whole incident.

No, matter how hard you try you're never gonna be able to let it go. You can go ahead and pretend it never happened, but it will always be there. I'm sorry to say that, but I'm sure you know it already. That's life we never really move on. We say we do, but part of us don't.

Christopher 09-27-2003, 11:09 AM I don't care what they say, Tiffani Amber Thiessen is not a show killer.
Christopher 09-27-2003, 11:09 AM :eyes: Lisa Rinna
Christopher 09-27-2003, 11:09 AM This is the show killer, Rena Sofer. She acted crazy on Melrose Place. I don't watch Just Shoot Me, because if I did, I probably shoot myself. David Spade is annoying.
Christopher 09-27-2003, 11:09 AM Kelly Ripa. I am glad she is more popular than that Susan Lucci :D I can't stand her.
Christopher 09-27-2003, 11:09 AM Definitely when Connor The Vampire Brat showed up. He destroyed the entire show. I blame him for Charisma Carpenter leaving the show. She got stuck with him and there was nowhere for her to go. Thank god he's gone from the show and Spike is in. Still the show will never be the same after Connor
Actually Connor didn't get Charisma fired, it was the person that fired her. I think Angel jumped when the writers kept doing the same **** over and over. The only episodes I am looking forward too this year are when Sarah Michelle Gellar is in them.

From Jump The Shark for that show Angel:
When the WB and Joss Whedon added Spike to the cast of Angel. Spike died a firey death in the "Buffy" finale and should have stayed dead. But they couldn't let him go, so now he's going to be the focus of Angel as well. He dominated every storyline during the last 3 years of Buffy and now after reading the show summaries for this season of Angel it looks like it's all about Spike.

Well, I don't have a complete list, but here's a few that came to mind. If I think of more I'll let you know.
The Craft
Practical Magic
Hocus Pocus
Teen Witch
I Married a Witch
Bell, Book, and Candle
Most people don't like The Craft even because there isn't anything truth to it unless you count Lirio (the lady in the store).
I like Practical Magic because it's a fun movie even though I seriously can't stand Nicole Kidman.
Hocus Pocus well, what can I say this movie just rocks.
Teen Witch, one of my absolute faves and Dick Sargent even plays the part of the dad. :yippee:
I haven't seen I Married a Witch or Bell, Book, and Candle yet because I haven't be able to find them anywhere, but online. I'm assuming that they're good because well, they were mainly what Bewitched was based on so they have to be a definite 2 thumbs up.

Pretty good. I was all by myself for a few hours because everyone went out. Too bad I wasn't up to enjoy it because I was sleeping, but at least I didn't wake up to screaming by the folks. I didn't get up until noon I guess I am lucky. :D

Have you seen House of Dark Shadows? It's a vampire movie. That Turner Classic movie channel aired it last Halloween. I love it! I didn't much care for Night of Dark Shadows, the sequel. It was boring, all these flashbacks.
