"So anything yet?" Gabe asked
"No we found a few possibles but…" Magda trailed off to stare back at an old couple listening in.
The couple quickly turned around back to their seets, Magda sighed and turned back to Gabe.
"So did you find a good cake for the wedding?" Magda asked
Gabe looked at her questionably
"Oh I am so sorry Magda I forgot too look"
Magda sighed, "it's alright"

~ Theodore's Apt ~

Jinny walked out of Teddy's Apartment in black winpants over her swimsuit and an open zip up sweatshirt
"That swimsuit looks good on you" Theodore commented
Jinny was too busy looking around for a stalker to notice what he said
"Come-on Jinny " Theodore said rubbing her shoulders. Jinny slightly jumped and turned her head to see it was just Theodore.
"Jinny the whole point we're going swimming well part of it, is so you'll forget about this and relax!" Teddy said
"Relaxing can be dangerous" Jinny replied absently still looking around as they walked down the hall.

~ In Cd's car ~

" So who would kill a serial killer? Did the person know he was a serial killer?" CD asked
"Questions that the prints on the gun might tell us" Nate replied
"Hmmm" CD replied as she picked up her cell and started dialing "Hey cap! It's CD yeah Nate and I are gonna get lunch ok? Alright bye!" CD said into her cell
"So where we eating?" Nate asked.

~ Pool ~

"So you ever swim here?" Jinny asked as she pulled off her windpants and sweatshirt
"Once before" Teddy replied laying his towel on a lawnchair then slowly sticking the tip of his toe into the water. Jinny saw this and smirked she quickly put her towel down and pushed Teddy into the water
"That's cold!" Theodore screeched as he hit the water
"Is not" Jinny said reaching her hand down too the water and then added, "and don't you even think about pulling me in"
Thedore laughed at Jinny's reading his mind
"Now I wouldn't do that would I?" Theodore asked slyly moving closer to the edge of the pool by Jinny
"No you won't" Jinny replied as she jumped in past him "See told Ya" She said as she lifted her head from the water.
"Well not for long" Theodore said picking up Jinny and throwing her further into the water then swimming over too her
"Now you are gonna get it ADA" Jinny laughed swimming up to him and dunking his head


~ Anchorside ~

CD and Nate walked in and spotted Gabe and Magda
"Hey" CD greeted walking up to them
"Oh Hey CD! "Magda replied "Gabe you've met CD?"Magda asked
Gabe nodded
"And this is her new partner Nate Basso"
Nate nodded
"Well Nate we better find a seat this place is crowded" CD stated
"What are you talking about? Sit with us" Magda said
Gabe nodded his approvement and scooted over by Magda to give room for CD and Nate to sit

Raina walked into Kate's office with a file folder in her hand.
"Hey cap look at this file from jinny's arrest's (Raina now reading it) he tried to assault her at the arrest etc list goes on
"Oh yeah I remember him Jinny punched him and griped about him when she got in trouble for it" Kate smirked
"Hmmm" Raina said as she laid the file folder on Kate's desk
Kate started reading.
"Call his probation officer,"Kate replied
"Okay, then I'll look through more?" Raina asked
"Well someone's got to" Kate replied
"Okay" Raina said a little annoyed as she made her way out of Kate's office


~ The Pool ~


Jinny and Teddy were still in the pool enjoying playing two person Marco Polo.
"Okay I'm done!" Theodore said opening his eyes
Jinny laughed.
Suddenly there was a banging sound Jinny swung around and headed to the side of the pool to get her gun
"Jinny! Jinny! It's just maintenance" Theodore said
Jinny stopped and turned around and shook her head
"Gol I don't know how much longer I can stand this" Jinny stated
"Jinny you're doing fine" Teddy said walking over to Jinny and putting his arm around her back
"Teddy you don't know how---- scary it is not knowing where he is or who he is for all I know he could be maintenance" Jinny replied
"Jinny" Teddy started but before he could finish Jinny leaned over and kissed him. As they started kissing more seriously they didn't notice the maintenance gawking at them for a second the continuing their work
Jinny wrapped her arms arpund Teddy's neck and kissed him passionately. Teddy returned the kiss. They stopped for a second and looked at each other before the continued to kiss. Teddy rubbed his arms down Jinny's back as they kissed. Then suddenly they realized they were still in the pool they stopped for a minute to smile at each other before they got out of the pool leaving their clothes behind along with their towels and walking out to Teddy's apartment between kisses and stares of the passing people

Okay now we are getting somewhere. But I still want more. For the nice little Jinny and Theodore scene I wll spare you the one I was going to post. and give you a better one.

Everyone had finished their food and were talking.
"Well we better get back" CD said
Magda looked at her watch
"Oh yeah we better. Gabe do you need a ride?"
"Just to your work that’s where my car's parked"
"Okay let's go" Nate said
They all got up and walked out.

~ Teddy's Apt ~


Jinny was up against the outside of Teddy's door and Teddy was kissing her as he fiddled with the key until it fit into the lock the door swung open making Jinny almost fall backwords Teddy grabbed her
"Are you Okay?" He asked
Jinny in return laughed. When Teddy saw she was alright he kicked close the door with his foot and kissed her on her neck making his way back to her lips. As they were kissing Teddy worked his hands under her swimsuit straps and started to pull them down. Jinny stopped kissing him for a second realizing what he was doing started again. The swimsuit dropped to the floor as they made their way to Theodore's room.
Jinny layed back on the bed Teddy on top of her as they kissed. Jinny stopped for a second smiled at him Teddy smiled back and pulled the sheets over them till a little above Teddy's waist Jinny smiled at him again before she threw his swim trunks out of the bed and onto the floor Teddy smiled back and they started kissing again as Jinny rolled over on to the top of Theodore.

They were suddenly interupted by the ringing of the cell phone.
"Theodore Blumenthal?" Theodore answered
"Oh ok here she is" Teddy said as he handed the phone to Jinny
"Hello?" Jinny asked a little annoyed as she sat up pulling the covers around her body
"Oh Hey Raina!"
"Garret Difeler hmmm what did his parole officer say?"
"Hmmm well you let me know okay bye Raina" Jinny hung up
"What was that about?" Theodore asked wrapping his arms around her as she lay back down in the bed on his chest.
"Oh Raina thinks she may have found a possibility" Jinny replied but added, "they'll find hundreds of possibility's though"
"Hmm" Theodore replied really not listening as he started to kiss Jinny's neck Jinny rolled over so she was facing him then and he made it to her lips as they rolled over in the bed.

~ The Division ~

"Okay Captain I got a hold of Jinny" Raina stated
"What's she think?" Kate asked
"She just said to call her with anymore info" Raina replied as CD Nate and lastly Magda walked in
"Anything?" Magda asked with concern
Raina handed them each one of Garrett Difeler's file folders. They opened them and looked through them
"CD Nate how'd it go?" Kate asked
"That was our serial killer that was killed "CD replied
"Now all we have to do is find out who killed him" Nate replied
"We finally got his true identity it's Joe Russ"
"Look for any existing family members" Kate said before going into her office
Nate and CD exchanged glances
"She makes it sound so easy!" Nate stated sarcastically
CD smirked

~ Teddy's Apt ~

Jinny and Teddy were still in the bed kissing when Jinny stopped
"What what is it?" Teddy asked
"I left my gun down at the pool!" Jinny said grabbing one of the bed sheets and wrapping it around herself as she grabbed Theodore's robe off the closet door and wrapped it around herself.
"I'll be right back" she added slamming the door behind her as she left leaving Teddy bewildered for a second then realizing what she said he sat up and leaned against the back wall behind the bed.

~ The Pool ~

Jinny arrived and got stares from the maintanace who had seen her and Teddy. They were now cleaning and picked up Jinny's coat.
"Wait!" Jinny yelled "That's mine she added bending over and picking up her things the younger of the 2 maintenance man in his late 20's started checking Jinny out and looking down Teddy's robe that was hanging open a little since Jinny was bent over. Jinny noticed this and looked up
"You like looking at people's chest?" Jinny asked a little harshly standing up with her things then setting them on the table and tightening her loose robe
"I wouldn't mind yours" The man said
"Well if you like looking ar chests so much,…" Jinny paused for a second thinking of what to add as she picked up her's and Teddy's things then added," Then get implants!" She yelled as she walked out
People turned around and looked to see what was going on. The man's face turning red walked into the storege room to put his cleaning supplies away.

Yep, more would probably be a good idea!

Jinny pushed open the door slammed it with her foot and came into Teddy's bedroom and dropped the stuff her robe again coming loose. She went to tighten it but was cut off
"Why bother?" Theodore asked with a smile. Jinny gave him a weak smile as she crawled on the bed and under the covers.
Finally the robe was tossed out of the bed.

~ The Division ~

The inspectors and Raina sat looking through files.
"So anything else guys?" Magda asked
"Magda how many times have you asked that?" CD asked annoyed

~ Teddy's Apt ~

Jinny and Theodore were halfway dressed. Teddy in his pant Jinny in her black button up shirt hanging open
"Teddy I'm gonna take a shower" Jinny stated
"Okay" Teddy replied, "I'll take one after you"
With a kiss Jinny departed to the bathroom. But came out
"Theodore how would you like to save water?" Jinny asked with a smile
"I'm all for that!" Theodore replied following Jinny into the bathroom
Jinny and Teddy walked in and were standing in the bathroom with Teddy dtanding behind Jinny as Jinny played with the shower knob trying to get the right temp.
"So uh… what happened to taking things slow?" Theodore asked with a smile
Jinny laughed at her previous comment before replyling," Beats me…why do you want to?" She asked
"We'll find out " Theodore said rubbing her shoulders
Jinny smiled as the bathroom door was closed

Kate hearing what Raina had said rolled her eyes but couldn't help listening in herself.

~Teddy's Apt~

Teddy walked out of the steamy bathroom and closed it's door in a towel
"Jinny will you be out soon?" Theodore asked
"I'll be out when I'm out" Jinny responded from the shower
The cell phone rang
"Theodore Blumenthal?" Teddy answered "Oh yeah Magda You you just caught me I was in the shower"
"No Jinny's still in the shower….Uh no actually she just no we… she got in after I finished taking one… yeah bye" Theodore hung up turned around and jumped to see Jinny standing behind him
"So who the hell was that that you just told-"Jinny started yelling but was cut off
"It was Magda"
"Oh my gosh" Jinny said plopping down on the couch
"What's the big deal?" Teddy asked
"She'll tell everyone!" Jinny shot back

Just then Kate came out of her office
"Does this discussion have anything to do with any of your cases?" Kate asked
"Just the Jinny and Teddy romance" Raina said under her breath
Magda heard this and smiled.
"What was that Raina?" Kate asked
"Oh uh…we were trying to uh…"Raina stumbled on
"We were just looking at case files" Magda covered Raina with a smile
"Oh right " Kate said turning to go back to her office with a small smile she said, "But back to work!"

Magda picked up the phone "Hello SFPD?" Mgada answered "Who IS THIS?" Magda asked frantically as she waved her arm motioning Kate to come out "Who are you what do you want with her?"
Kate flipped on the speakerphone
"I'm going to get her" the man stated and with that he hung up
Magda looked with fear at Kate
"Don't worry Magda he doesn't know where she is?" Kate reasured
"How do we know that?" Magda asked

~ Teddy's Apt ~

Jinny walked out of the bathroom in a robe with her hair still wet.
"Teddy I'm done" Jinny stated hearing no answer she figured he had gone to the grocery or something and walked into the bedroom to get dressed. She grabbed a shirt to wear following that by the rest of her clothes to wear she dropped her robe and started getting dressed.
Just as she started buttoning up her shirt she heard something she looked over the bed to see Theodore laying there looking at her and groaning with his mouth gacked his wrists tied and both arms were bleeding with a bloody knife and a note next to Teddy.

Jinny quickly dug through the clothes on the floor until she found her gun, she cocked it and quickly checked the house for the person then picked up the phone and dialed 911
"Yeah I need an ambulance and squad cars ASAP…….Yes that's the address nopw get the hell over here!" Jinny yelled into the phone.

~ The Division ~

Kate came out.
"Yes I need squad B" Kate stated
A group of officers stood up and walked over.
"Mike you know the way to ADA Blumenthal's right?"
Mike nodded
"Okay you lead the squad in your car to his house you'll be informed further on the way" Kate said "Move!" She yelled
After the officers had filed out Magda rushed up to Kate
"What happened is Jinny okay?" Magda asked frantically
"Jinny's not the one you need to worry about--- come-on guys we need to get to the hospital" Kate said to the inspectors
The inspectors immediately got up and headed out
"Follow Me" Kate instructed

~ The Hospital ~

Jinny knew Teddy wasn't in any real danger now but paced anyway. She paced because she had put Teddy in what could have been terrible danger

Okay I have this to say you leave us hanging for how long and then you only post a little bit seesh. I want MORE!!!!!!!!!!!! now....... Please

Finally the doctor came out.
"Theodore Blumenthal"
"Yes is he alright?" Jinny asked
"He'll be fine although we are giving him a sedative"
"Can I see him?" Jinny asked
"Sure but he may be a little out of it" the doctor said leading Jinny to Teddy's room

~Teddy's Room~

"Hey Teddy" Jinny said with a soft smile
"Hi uh I like cows" Teddy stated drunkenly
Jinny looked at the doctor
"You do huh?"
"Yep spots"
"How much of this stuff did you give him?" Jinny asked
Jinny gave Teddy a quick kiss on the forehead before heading out of Teddy's room.
As Jinny walked out she almost ran into Kate who was leading her inspectors to the waiting room
"Is Theodore alright?" Kate asked
" Fine if you want all the details ask the doctor" Jinny said sitting down
Kate and Magda exchanged glance before sitting down.
"Jinny are you alright?" CD asked
"Fine!" Jinny shot back "I just shouldn't have agreed to this sure it's only a small injury but I could have put Teddy in real danger!"
"Jinny why don't we call Dusty?" Magda suggested putting her hand on Jinny's knee
Now Jinny stood up somewhat shaking in anger
"Yeah let's call Dust because as we all know Jinny can't deal with things on her own to stalkers have proven that!" Jinny yelled, "Yeah Mag you go head and call him call the looney-bin for all I care" Jinny yelled before walking down the aisle's of the hospital

Finally Dusty arrived
"Where is she?" He asked
"Walking the hospital halls" Magda replied,"I tried going up to her but just me being there made her more angry"
Dusty spotted Jinny and started walking towards her, after Jinny saw Dusty she brushed right past him and over to Magda
"So you really did call?" Jinny yelled at Magda
"Jinny" Dusty tried to calm her but Jinny shot around glared at him and walked into a room Dusty followed her until he say the Women's Restroom sign on the door

Jinny still in the ladies bathroom was pacing back and forth.
"I have to have a drink…no no don't think that" Jinny told herself
Jinny care fully peered out the women's bathroom door she wanted an escape from talking to anyone.
She saw everyone talking in a circle
"I'll go in and talk to her" Magda said
"No no let her cool down" Dusty replied
"We need to protect her who knows where that nut is" Kate stated
Jinny quickly ran from the women's restroom and down the hall without being spotted. Finally she reached the elevator after hitting the down button and waiting a few seconds decided the steps would be faster and headed down

~ The waiting room ~

"Alright go in and check on her" Dusty told Magda
Magda nodded and walked to the Restroom.
"Jinny Jinny" Magda said swinging open the stall doors but no Jinny
Magda pannicked and then spotted the window and guessed the worst. She ran over and pulled it open or tried to it wouldn't open so she ran to the waiting room.
"Jinny--Jinny's gone---she's not in the bathroom" Magda cried

~ Outside ~

Jinny walked on the sidewalk looking around with a look that she was about to cry.
Suddenly something caught her eyes---

a bar
Jinny started to cross the street but stopped
"One beer no one will notice just need to pick up some breath mints on the way back" Jinny reasurred herself as she continued to walk towards the bar

~ In the Bar ~

"I'll have a--- Bud---Light" Jinny said to the bartender
"Coming right up" He replied
In a minute he passed her one Jinny looked at it trying to decide finally she took a small sip and swallowed. But then realizing what she had just done threw some money on the table for the bartender and ran out the door and continued to run.
Tears ran down from disapointment in herself.

~ The Hospital ~

"I've been on every floor no Jinny" Magda told everyone
"Where is she?" Kate said
Teddy was by their side with the antestedic worn off and his normal clothes on.
Finally Jinny ran in sweating slightly and breathing heavily.
"Jinny where were you?" Magda asked hugging her
"You scared us" Kate stated
By the time Magda let Jinny go from the hug Jinny was crying.
"What's wrong?" Magda asked
"Uh um nothing" Jinny said brushing away her tears "Can Teddy and I talk for a sec?"
"Sure"Kate replied
"Alone" Jinny said
They walked away
"Where were you?" Teddy asked with concern.
Jinny didn't answer instead more tears ran down.
Seeing the hurt in Jinny's eye's told him everything and he hugged her
"It's alright" Teddy tried to comfort
"No it's not" Jinny sobbed "I-I…"
"Shhh" Teddy soothed
Jinny pulled out of the hug
"Your okay right? I mean--" Jinny was cut off
"I'm fine just a few stitches" Teddy replied
"I knew I shouldn't have stayed with you I -I"
"Jinny it's not your fault"
Jinny looked into Teddy's eyes with out saying a word finally their lips met as Jinny started kissing Theodore.
Magda peeked around the corner to see if they could come out yet put smiled seeing Jinny and Teddy and returned to the others

okies... i just started reading and this fic rocks. but now i need to know who the stalker is!!!!

Jinny broke the kiss short to see if anyone was watching and the yool Teddy's hand and they walked around the corner to the others
"Okay Theodore we have some questions for you" CD said
"Jinny too" Nate added
"We better go back to the station for questioning" Kate said
Magda flashed Jinny a smile and put her arm around Jinny's shoulders as they exited the hospital
"I'll fill out the release papers " An officer said
"Thanks" Kate replied

Jinny and Teddy got into a police car parked outside
"We 'll see you two at the Division"Kate said closing the door of the police car and walking over to her own

~The Division- in the questioning room~

"So Theodore, did you see the person?" Magda asked with Kate sitting next to her and Jinny and Teddy across from her and an officer in the corner
"Um sorta…" Teddy replied
"Sorta??? Your gonna have to be more specific than that!" Jinny said
Magda looked at Jinny
"Um I'm sorry I need a drink of water" Jinny said standing up
"Wait!" Kate said," Let officer Calin get it…Officer"
The Officer nodded to Kate and walked out
"Um yes I did see him" Theodore said looking at Jinny, "He was tall probably 6 feet tall his hair was dark blond he was in his mid twenties"
"Would you be able to go do a sketch?" Magda asked
Theodore nodded.
Jinny said nothing just sat chewing on her nail in deep thought
"Jinny" Kate spoke up, "That description ring a bell?"
"Huh? Um no…well does Randy Waters still work here cap?" Jinny asked
"No he quit well…. A good month ago" Kate replied
Jinny sat there still chewing her nail until finally her finger started to bleed
"WHERE IS THAt WATER?" Jinny yelled beating her hand down on the table
Magda grabbed her purse and pulled out a band-aid
Jinny stood up.
"Where are you going Jinny?" Kate asked as calmly as possible
"I need a drink…of water" Jinny replied walking out
Teddy exchanged glances with Magda and Kate before going after Jinny

Kate started to get up.
"Cap can we just let them alone awhile…I mean it's a police station what harm…" Magda was cut off
"Why not" Kate replied with a little smile

Jinny was quickly walking down the hallway
"Jinny Jinny wait!" Theodore said running to catch up
He grabbed her by the arm.
"What???" Jinny snapped
With out replying Theodore put his arms around Jinny and started kissing her. Jinny broke it off looked to see if anyone was looking and seeing no one brought him up against a door the read 'storage' kissing him
As she kissed him she turned the handle and opened the door.
Thedore looked at Jinny and in reply Jinny smiled as she closed the door behind them

~ Questioning Room ~


"You sure they're okay?" Kate said looking at her watch
"They're fine" Magda replied, "Besides we have other things to do like figure out what we are going to do with them like where they'll live now bla bla bla"
"I guess, lets go see what CD and Nate have to say" Kate replied

"CD Nate in my office" Kate said
CD and Nate looked at eachother and headed to Kate's office

~Kate's office~

"Okay so have any ideas?" Kate asked the three sitting in front of her
Seeing no response from her inspectors Kate opend her door
"Raina come in here a sec" Kate said to Raina
Raina came in
"What do you think we should do about Jinny and Theodore?" Kate asked
"Well I think first of all they should be in here while we are discussing the deep down details…but I just think we should have them under better surveillence …we have to admitt we didn't have the best surveillence plan going" Raina said
"Yeah um… will you go get them I don’t know exactly where they are but probably still on floor 13" Kate said
"Sure thing cap…be back" Raina said as she left

~Storage room~

Jinny and Teddy were still kissing when Jinny broke it off quickly to the door handle turning. Jinny quickly turned the light on and acted as if she were looking around as the door opened.
The janitor stood in the doorway.
"Um uh we were just looking for disinfectent soap…we'll be going now" Jinny said as she grabbed Teddy by the hand and pulled him out and started walking down the hall.
"What was that?" Teddy asked
"What was what?" Jinny said glancing back at the bewildered janitor but still walking
"You know the story" Teddy said with a grin
"Oh" Jinny laughed, "I used that once with a senior at school but didn't work that time cause senior's bathroom is at the other side of the school…and uh I'd had my share of being in trouble before" Jinny said with a smile
"Oh really?" Teddy said with a chuckle "and should I be concerned?" he said sarcastically
Jinny gave Teddy a kiss
"Um we're going the wrong way " Jinny said turning around to see Raina
"Oh gosh" She whisperred to Teddy
"Raina!" Jinny said, "Uh, how long you been tailing us?" Jinny asked nervously
"Long enough!" Raina replied with a smile,"Cap wants you guys shes in her office"Raina said as she passed them and continued walking.
"See I get caught everytime I use that line!" Jinny said sarcastically

Hey guys this is really getting annoying my computers modem is down again it's a good thing i visit my friend a lot otherwise i would have no way of getting on the internet i am really starting to hate my computer we think theres somehing wrong ith it being it has blown 4 modems this summmer! be back soon...i hope bye!

Magda was sitting on the bench talking on her call phone
"How's he doing?" Magda asked
"They had to do that again?"Magda said with concern

"Oh he's watching Rocky and Bullwinkinkle"
"Well Ihave to go see you when i get home Gabe.......Yep Buh-bye" Magda hung up with tears in her eyes
She walked over to the sink turned it on and splashed some water on her face and dried it with a paper towel and gave a sigh as she looked in the mirror

~ Kate's Office~

"Well Theodore probably has nothing to do with it it's Jinny he's after" Kate said,"But we will keep you under surveillance…. For tonight Jinny-"
"Wait cap- I don't want to be under protection forever!"
"Well we're still looking at the samples from the knife marks on Theodore's arm to see what kind it is…and we also checked for unusual hair follicles"
"And when will that be done?!?" Jinny asked starting to get upset
"Half-hour for the hair could be longer…but they have told me the-woman had red dyed hair"
"Woman?" Jinny asked
The captain nodded
"With red hair-what color was it before it was dyed"
"We don't know and Jinny we aren't positive it is this person it could be someone Theodore had talked to or had had in his apartment"
"Teddy?" Jinny asked
Theodore thought for a moment…"Not that I can think of- but wait there's a new woman at work with red hair her name's Marie Waters"
"Go pick her up for testing" Kate said to Raina
Raina nodded and walked out
"Teddy do you remember anything about the person who attacked you?" Jinny asked
"I didn't see the person" Teddy responded

~A half hour later~

Jinny was getting a drink from a water fountain when she thought she saw someone peek around the corner at her but thought she was imagining - until suddenly a big dog came running at her- Jinny didn't see it the dog knocked her over and bit her a few times before trying to go for her throught Jinny pushed the dog back and it bit her in the thigh
"Of all the people who walk through here and nobody came" Jinny thought as she grabbed her gun still trying to push the dog off she hated the thought of it but she shot the dog.
Magda Cd Nate and Kate got up and ran desperately looking for Jinny
~Water fountain~

A man appeared with a gun

here's a little more...

Blood was all over the floor.
The man opened the elevator doors with a tool since the elevator was currently broken… then Jinny realized who it was the man who worked at the division who was fired and got a short term job as a janitor but then then there was no more time to think.
Get in the man said after she turned on a lighting the elevator. he pointed his gun at Jinny and Jinny backed in.
The man closed the door.
What do you want from me? Jinny asked
ADA ring a bell?

what!!!! ahhhh!!!!! jinny!!!! you kill her and and...well it will be bad!

don't worry i didn't kill her she'll be fine here's more...

The man shot Jinny in the chest knowing exactly where to shoot to make sure he didn't kill Jinny- yet.
Jinny winced in pain

The inspectors heard the shot and started going up the stairs.

The man smiled at Jinnys pain,
Jinny glared at the man gathered what was left of her strength and kicked her foot up knocking the gun from the man's hands then she grabbed the man by the hair and slammed her head into the wall.
The man fell over unconcious Jinny grabbed the gun but the fell to her knees breathing heavily

They arrived upstairs and spotted the dog then saw a trail of blood going into the elevator
Magda tried to stop him but Teddy ripped open the doors of the elevator to see Jinny on her knees pointing the gun at the woman.
Bout time Jinny said breathlessly
Officer down need back up at the precinct elevator Kate said into her talkies
Magda pulled off her coat and tied it around Jinnys wound-by now Jinny's body was shaking and she was turning pale Teddy put his coat around Jinnys shoulders.

Teddy had his head in his hands Magda had an arm around Teddy with tears running down her face

Where's Jinny? John Sr asked
Magda looked at him solemnly
No No John Sr screamed
Magda woke up with her head on Teddy's shoulder and CD shaking her
Jinny's family was also waiting with them.
When is that doctor coming? Magda asked getting more and more upset
The doctor came out
She'll pull through he said, She's a little low on blood but she should pull through just fine in a few weeks or so
Can we see her? Magda asked
In a few minutes we're still stichin her up
Magda cringed
why don't you call Ronnie? Casey asked
That's a good idea John Jr replied sarcastically, I'm sure Jinny would love the idea of that
“ I already called her” John Sr said, “she’s on her way”
Who's Ronnie? Raina and Kate asked together
Jinny's half sister Magda replied

Where's my grandson? John Sr. asked hugging her
He's at a friends house she replied
You must be John and Casey? Ronnie asked

They all walked in very quietly and stood by Jinny's bed

Jinny managed a weak smile.
How do you think-hey will you scratch my right elbow whatever they did sure does itch and I'm not sposed to bend my arms all that much for some reason
Magda reached over to scratch it then realized what was itching
Jinny you have bandage on your right elbow Magda said looking at it
Oh, So how long am I sentenced here? Jinny asked sarcastically
Doctor said you'll be here at least a week Kate said
Jinny groaned
Then Jinny realized Ronnie was here
What the hell you doing here? Jinny asked Ronnie
Dad called she replied
Jinny gave her dad a look

“How did he get that dog in here anyhow” Jinny asked

Never forgave dad for letting her take those lessons John Jr said sarcastically

Ronnie glared at him then said, “Dad we should get you home”

“I have to make sure Jinny girl will be alright” John Sr Said

“Okay let’s all give Jinny some rest” Casey said
“Yeah Come’on” John Jr said
“Uh John would it be okay if I stayed?” Teddy asked looking at Jinny
“Jin?” John Jr asked
Jinny nodded her head yes.
“Kay Jin see you a little later” John Jr said before he left

Teddy pulled up a chair beside Jinny.
"Look Jin-" Teddy started
"We gotta get this person" JInny said
"Get who he's in custody?" Teddy asked
"Maybe" Jinny said
Teddy looked at Jinny questionably but she changed the subject
"Think I can sign something and get out of here sooner?" Jinny asked
Teddy chuckled,"No, they have an officer outside your room at all times-just in case"
Jinny looked at Teddy and saw him staring worriedly at her many bandages and her IV
"come over here" Jinny smiled at him as she tried to move over on her bed she cringed at the pain of it.
Teddy quickly came over, "Jin be careful, don't want to make anything worse"
"Teddy the only way i could make it worse is if i'd have to stay here any longer"
Teddy carefully sat on the bed
Jinny started to sit up Teddy tried to stop her but Jinny wrapped her arms around him and hugged him. Teddy kissed her on the cheek before easing her back into a laying position and laying next to her.
Jinny saw Teddy watching carefully to make sure he didn't accidentally hurt her and she kissed him.
Just then the nurse came in and cleared her throat
"Excuse me sir you have to leave"
"Why?" JInny shot back "I'm paying my keep here and i dont want to be here!"
"Can I have five minutes?" Teddy asked the nurse
"Five minutes" the nurse said before she walked away
"Jin" Teddy started the hesitated
"Spit it out" Jinny said
"Jin----I'm so glad you're okay"
Jinny knew this wasn't what he meant to say and gave him a look.
"uh-uh I better go"
Jinny leaned up and kissed him. Teddy kissed her back. Then Jinny stopped," Now what did you want to say
"I need to go " Teddy kissed Jinny on the forehead and left
Jinny lay back and sighed.
Then Kate showed up in the doorway
"Cap?" Jinny looked at the clock and saw it was 1:00 AM
"HI Jinny" Kate walked in
" Hey" Jinny said, "Is everyone gone?"
"Yeah, I justed wanted to say-" Kate hesitated
"We'll need your help to crack this case"
Jinny smiled,"Gnight cap"
"Night jin"

Magda sat at her desk tapping her pen on the top of it.
Cd walked over,"Hey how's Jinny? I'm going to see her tonight"
"Bored stiff" Magda replied with a smile,"You should have heard her talking to that nurse last night" Magda laughed
KAte came out to listen.
"That poor nurse" Magda laughed a little more
"What did she do?" Nate asked
"You'll have to see for yourself" Magda replied, "Every day a bandage changing-but i will tell you a certain ADA pays a visit every minute he has off every day" Magda smirked

~Hospital~

The nurse brought in Jinny's food

"Here you are" the nurse said
"Who are you?" Jinny replied
"I'm your new nurse" She replied
"Well i told my old nurse i won't eat crap anymore" Jinny said shoving aside the tray
Then Teddy walked in
Jinny didn't notice and continued yelling at the nurse
"Uh-sorry" Teddy said to the nurse," I'll take care of it"
The nurse nodded and left
Then Teddy pulled some fast food out of his pockets and Jinny smiled.
Teddy with shakey hands began unwrapping the food.
"Teddy what's wrong?" Jinny asked
"Uh-UH-I...."
Jinny put her hands on Teddy's and looked at him.
"I'll help you out", she said quietly," Will you marry me?" Jinny said with a smile

CD had come to the door just in time to hear Jinny pop the question and before she was seen she slipped out to call everyone
Teddy stared at Jinny blankly
"What? isn't that what you were going to ask? if it wasn't i'll take back my offer" Jinny said with a smile
"Of course that's what i was going to ask" Teddy said opening one of the food packages to reveal the ring
" Oh that's what you were waiting for" Jinny said as Teddy slipped the ring on to Jinny's finger.
Jinny leaned up and kissed Teddy and as she was kissing Teddy she spotted someone out in the hallway someone she knew all too well
"Be right back" Jinny said putting her robe up and getting up with a cringe of pain and hobbling over to CD
"What are you doing?" Jinny asked taking the phone from CD and turning it off,"Who'd you call?"
"Just Captain so far" CD said
"Captain!?!, she'll tell Mag and everyone" Jinny said dialing on the phone
"No Cap it's Jinny- stop not congrats right now, did you tell Magda yet? Good well don't tell her at all- infact don't tell anyone-Cuz-cuz i don't want you to yet alright!?, Yeah bye" Jinny hung up only to see Teddy calling his parents and gave up and walked back into her room

I feel weird posting no one's replyed oh well writing for myself lol and of course you Jeanie :)

Kate began calling anyhow starting with Magda and then everyone else.

"Teddy if you call another person i won't marry you and same for you CD"
CD and Teddy laughed
"That's not what i meant" JInny said but even she couldn't help but smile
ALl of a sudden they heard a lot of noise before a bunch of people showed up in the doorway.
"Aww no" Jinny sighed
Teddy smiled at the crowed and patted Jinny on the back.
Jinny glared up at him and then over at CD.
"Jinny!!" Magda said hapilly
Jinny focused her glare on Kate now who simply smiled in return
"Jin come-on enjoy this"
"Now I know i can't" Jinny muttered spotting her half sister Ronnie in the doorway
Teddy kissed JInny on the forehead then took a seat next to her bed.
"I brought cake" Casey said as he came through the door, "Jins favorite-oh and Teddy saw your parents they're on their way up"
Jinny looked at Teddy and sighed.
Kate walked up to Jinny and whispered, "enjoy this!"

" No you won't" Magda said
"Not Before I see my new daughter" Teddy's father said as he and Teddy's mother came over to hug Jinny
Teddy smiled happily.
Jinny winced as Teddy's mother hugged a tender spot and Teddy quickly came over and had his mother let off on her hug
Then Jinny laughed.
"It's ok" Jinny said
"I need a picture" Teddy's mother said
"Oh me too" Magda said
Jinny rolled her eyes as Teddy took his place next to her happilly for the pictures.
"Jinny smile"Teddy's mother said from behind the camera

~Day to leave Hospital~

"Now Jinny I still do reccomend you stay another few days" Jinny's doctor said
"Doc i've made up my mind" Jinny replyed
"Maybe-" Teddy started
"My mind's made up" Jinny repeated
~The Division~

"I still can't get anything out of Jinny's shooter" MAgda said to her captain
"Well I think we just need to wait for Jinny to get well and then we can do more" KAte replyed
"Hey we better get going Jinny's expected in less than an hour" Raina said
" Okay everyone start setting up" Kate said
"Jinny's going to be so surprised" Magda said
~Hospital~
"Okay Teddy let's go before i drive myself" JInny said
"Okay okay", Teddy said as he started pushing her wheelchair outside
~In Teddy's car~
"I have to stop at the division for some paperwork, i know Magda wanted to come to the hospital so do you want to go say hi to her?"
"Well i guess" JInny replyed as they pulled into the driveway
"Let me help you get out" Teddy said
"I'm perfectly cacpable-" Jinny said trying to get out still sore with one arm in a sling. She finally got out and they head inside
