You've disappointed me, but I still love you. Nothing you ever do will change that. Just know that you can always come talk to me just like before about any questions you have. You're growing up Jamie, and that's hard for a mom to see her baby growing up to a young adult. But at the same time, you have to start acting like it Jamie. thanks. I kno it was stupid and we will take it slow from now on. It just felt right at the first time so i preasured him to do it agian i felt alone before all of this and then when it happened i didnt feel alone anymore. Do you understand? I Love you too.

No, I pulled ALOT of strings and got permission for you to stay with Rick and I. I think the only reason Rick agreed was so he could keep an eye on you :) :joke:

It's just getting more and more complicated. Jamie is SO like I was at her age and Rick just doesn't understand that. He wants Sam's head on a silver platter. I never thought I would EVER have to go through this with Jamie, ever. I don't know how Mrs. G put up with the 4 of us. (Jamie and Sam are sitting at the tv in the waiting room watching ESPN.)
Sam: Guess what.
Jamie: What?
Sam: I get to live with your family when my parents are put in prisson your mom already has the warent alligned.
Jamie: thats great!!!
Sam: (sits back to watch the Baseball game. Texas vs Texas A&M) ( :lol: D)
(sam puts his arm around Jamies sholders and Jamie rests her head on his chest, By the time the game is over Jamie is asleep on Sam's chest and he just sits there and watches her sleep while he runs his fingers through her hair.)
Sam: *wisperes* she is so beautiful when she is asleep.
(rick comes over when he hears that)
Rick: yea she is.
Sam: oh hi sir.
Rick: you have great manners. but please call me Rick.
Sam: ok. You probably dont like me very much do you?
Rick: i don't dislike you, i'm not sure if i trust you though. But so far you seem to be a great guy who can be lots of fun as long as the rules are layed out for him. Ur kinda like me when i was ur age.

Rick: yea I was just like you. I remember Jamie's Grandpa haveing the same talk to me when Jo and i were getting married.
Sam: Wow. you really arnt as mean as i thought you were. I guess u cant judge people from meating, i guess you have to get to kno them before you judge them.
Rick: You're right and at first i judged you i didnt think my baby was old enough to date now i know that i was wrong i knew it would come sooner or later where there would be another man in her life. So i guess you and her can be together as long as you two love eachother. But Two more things No sex, and If i ever see my daughter hurt by you, your head will be on a silver plater.
Sam: understood. I just talked to you longer than i could ever talk to my father with out getting beat up.
Rick: I guess you didn't get much fatherly advise did you?
Sam: no i didn't. I learend almost all of that stuff at school and thats the only place i could talk about it if i talked about it at.
Rick: well you can come to me to talk about it any time you'd like.

Jamie: (starts to stirr in her sleep)
Sam: (Gets quiet and holds his breath until she is sawing logs agian which is about 10 seconds later.)
Rick: (obserbs this and smiles about how much Sam cares for her.)
Sam: She looks so peace full.
Rick: yea she does (Smiles some more) I think you and her will be together for a long time.
Sam: i hope so.
Rick: yea you two seem to care about eachother a lot.
Sam: Well i can't speek for jamie i'll let her speek for her self but i doubt her answer is much different than mine. But i love her with all my heart and i feel really strongly for her.
Rick: i figured you did. You take care of her while i go get some coffie do you want some??
Sam: yea some coffie would be good. Black please.
Rick: ok Black it is.
(Rick leaves and Sam thinks about all rick said and how much he really is like him)
(5min later)
Rick: here's ur coffie.
Sam: (takes a sip) Mmmm good. (takes out his wallet to pay rick back but rick stops him)
Rick: Don't worry it's on me.
Sam: are you sure??
Rick: yea i have a feeling you had to pay for enough allready.
Sam: well ur right. I feel like i'm being treated with royalty.
Rick: well you are royalty as long as your dateing my daughter.
Sam: thanks.
Jamie: (wakes up) hey sam, hey dad.
Rick: Hey honney.
Sam: hey, how did you sleep.
Jamie: I slept well. What did you two talk about??
Rick: Some stuff you probably wouldnt be interested in.
Jamie: ok.

Doctor: Ms. Ramsey what you did did not help your condition at all. In fact, I'm afraid to say this but it made things worse. Because of all your running around, where the bullet was is now punctured worse then before. You are internally bleeding pretty bad. We are going to do everything we can to try and stop it.

*Tears start swelling*

Doctor: I'm sorry, the only thing I can suggest right now is for you to get some rest. I will be sending a nurse in with medication for you to take.

*starts to leave*

Doctor: And Ms. Ramsey, try not to pull another stunt like you did before.

*Doctor exits. Looks out window and starts to cry*

I really don't, but the doctors told me that there isn't much that they can do. *look at her - tears still falling* Mrs. Garrett you know as well as I do that I can't afford the best doctors, especially from all over the country. I wouldn't even be able to borrow money from any of you because I would have no way to pay it back. *starts crying harder* And Blair...she...she hates me. Well, sorta. She is hurt really bad Jamie. When she got out of bed last night she did even more damage to herself. Right now she has alot of internal bleeding. If it keeps up, they are going to have to do surgery on her to stop the bleeding. They'll also have to do another blood transfusion. I'm going to talk to Aunt Blair to see if she can help out any way.

*Rick walks up behind Jo and gives her a hug*

Rick: So when am I going to get some time alone with my wife huh?

Guys, we need to talk. This is getting serious with Tootie and frankly I don't thank these doctors know how to deal with this type of wound. I'm thinking that if we want to see Tootie live through this we have two choices. One - Bring in a doctor who knows what to do. or Two - Move Tootie to a hospital that can handle this. If we don't do either of those things, I don't think Tootie will survive.

Anybody have an idea which way we should go?

Jinny: Good news, I've got a lead on a witness that should prove you innocent.

Rick: no, no regrets, I was just makeing sure you wanted to deal with all of these races and sports.
Sam: well personly i love sports and i dont mind races.
Rick: then you will do just fine. (puts arm around him like he would his son if he had one.)
(Jo walks over and sees this and smiles knowing that sam is now getting along well with rick, but wonders what changed ricks thoughts of him)
Rick: (sees jo) I must tend to duty i'll talk to u later. (walks twards jo) hey babe (Kissses her passionately), so is now a good time to spend with you alone?? And i think that we should get a specialest, you might not want to take the chance of loseing her while she is transfered. (kisses jo agian even more passionately)
(meanwhile while jamie was watching the motocross race sam went to get some more coffie considering he hadnt slept on over 24 hours.)
Sam: (comes back) How's it going babe.
Jamie: good Thomas lambskin is in the lead. (I dont kno motocross sry)
Sam: yea! Well I'm gonna read my car magizine.
Jamie: ok. no problem.
Sam: alright. Have i told you today how much i love you?

Yeah well she can argue all she wants. She's in that bed and there is nothing she can do about it. We'll worry about the money aspect later. I think I agree with Rick, lets bring a specialist in, she is anything but stable and moving her could kill her.

If there is any change give me a call on my cell phone, Rick and I need to go talk, privately. We're going to take the kids back to the hotel as soon as the race is over to get some sleep and we're going to get some as well.

*The race is over and Jo and Rick have taken the kids to the hotel for some much needed sleep. Jamie and Tisha are sharing a room and Sam has one of his own. Rick and Jo are sitting on the bed in their room talking. Jo has ordered room service.*

Jo: Oh Rick, it is so good to finally be able to see you alone.
Rick: *grins* yeah it sure is. *starts kissing Jo*
*KNOCK KNOCK* ROOM SERVICE!
Jo: I'll get it, Why don't you go take a quick shower. I'll get our dinner ready.
Rick: Sounds good *Goes to take a shower*
Jo: *Opens door and takes the food, giving the man a VERY good tip)
man: Thank you ma'am!

Jo sets the food out and smiles when she is finished. After a few minutes Rick comes back from the shower.
Rick: Mmmm...that smells REALLY good Jo.
Jo: I'm glad you think so, I ordered it special for you.
Rick: Really? Oh boy! What's for dinner?
Jo: Well, we have some baby corn, baby, carrots, baby potatoes, and some baby back ribs.

I don't want to write this down because I don't want it to seem offical. I spoke with the doctor again today and he says I am getting worse. He told me that there isn't much that he can do anymore. His last option is surgery and if that doesn't work then...*tears fall* then I will only have a few more weeks. How could I of let this happen? What am I suppose to say to Tisha? How am I going to tell her that she not only lost her father, but now she's losing her mother also....You know you never realize how much you have to lose until your about to lose it. I asked the nurse to get me this diary so I could write notes to all of you. If you're reading this now then...well then that means I'm gone. I don't want you all to cry about it okay? You should be happy, I'm in a better place now, I'm not in pain anymore.....

Where should I start? Well, first I would like to thank you for being such a great mother to me. To all of us. I'm going into surgery tomorrow. Hopefully I make it out better then I am now instead of worse. I don't want Tisha to see me in pain, but I'm glad that Mrs. Garrett brought her here. I'm also glad Mrs. Garrett is here to be with me. She always knows how to make me feel better during times like these. I'm not sure what else to write. I guess I'll write more before I go into surgery.....

Oh, hehe, that's nothing Mrs. Garrett. Really it's nothing. Blair is in the shower right now trying to recover from last night. We um...had a bit of a disagreement that we had to work out last night.

Anyway, Blair should be out in a few minutes, she wants to go talk to Tootie and apoligize to her. Go easy on her Mrs. Garrett, she just found out something about Tad. That is why she has been so upset lately. I'm going to help her out. She knows she shouldn't have taken it out on everybody and she feels really bad for doing it. She really doesn't need another lecture, I've given her enough since last night, trust me on this one Mrs. G.

No, it's not that. She got drunk last night on Jello Shots. Let me start at the beginning.

Blair and Tootie got in some fight over something while I was at the hotel with Rick celebrating. Oh, by the way, I'm pregnant. Anyway, after "celebrating" I looked outside and saw Blair crying by the pool with Jamie beside her trying to talk. So I head down there to talk with her. While doing that Blair informs me that she lost the twins and then she jumped into the pool and tried to drown herself. Jamie jumps in and pulls Blair out and I start CPR on her. She started breathing again and I brought her up here to her room.

Once we got up here she got violent. I tried to give her a bathrobe and she yelled at me to get out of there then she grabbed the phone and tried to hit me with it. I moved at the last minute and it only grazed me thankfully.

Well then Blair and I started fighting. She decked me with a left hook and threw me up against the wall. So I took her down with a roundhouse kick to her ankles then got ontop of her to calm her down. So then Blair reaches for something to threaten me with and it turns out to be a camera. I took that from her and she pulled out a revolver from under the bed. I wrenched that from her hand then I picked her up and carried her to the shower. I set her down there and turned the shower on full blast and held her there for probably 30 minutes until she calmed down. She was screaming and yelling the entire time. I'm surprised somebody didn't call the cops.

So after awhile she calms down and I finally let her up. I went and ordered some room service and went to take Blair some dry clothes only I found her passed out in the tub. So I put some dry clothes on her and put her to bed.

She woke up a bit ago and told me the reason she's been acting the way she has lately is because she found out that Tad is cheating on her. Blair found a picture of a girl that had a note on the back. The note said, "Tad....Please, please don't tell Blair about this. She'll have me on a plate with an apple in my mouth. I love you, and I always will. With all my love, Laney"

That's why she is so upset. So Blair went to go take a shower and Mrs. G showed up to give Blair a piece of her mind. I guess I fell asleep sitting here after waiting up all night to make sure Blair was fine because when you knocked onm the door, you woke me from the strangest dream...or rather nightmare.

I was dreaming that Rick saw Tad downstairs with this girl. When Rick comfonted Tad, he pulled a knife on Rick. I came down and hit Tad with a 9 iron golf club. Tad was yelling at me then a cop showed up. sam was telling him what happened and he stopped Sam to get a couple of doughnuts. Then the guy grabs me and but a knife to my throat. Rick was pleading with him and the cop was trying to reason with him. Then I woke up when you knocked on the door. Thank you Nat, that was a REALLY strange dream.

I think that gets you caught up. Listen, can you stay here with Tad. I just need some quiet time with Rick okay? See you later Nat.

*Jo goes to her own room and meets up with Rick.*

I was dreaming that Rick saw Tad downstairs with this girl. When Rick comfonted Tad, he pulled a knife on Rick. I came down and hit Tad with a 9 iron golf club. Tad was yelling at me then a cop showed up. sam was telling him what happened and he stopped Sam to get a couple of doughnuts. Then the guy grabs me and but a knife to my throat. Rick was pleading with him and the cop was trying to reason with him. Then I woke up when you knocked on the door. Thank you Nat, that was a REALLY strange dream.

I think that gets you caught up. Listen, can you stay here with Tad. I just need some quiet time with Rick okay? See you later Nat.

*Jo goes to her own room and meets up with Rick.*

Jo: neither can i i'd like to skip the whole pregnancy and just have the baby just come in the mail.
Rick: I wish it would work that way but it dosent.

Rick: That hurt (gives her a pitiful look and Jo cracks up)
Jo: We better go say good night to the kids.
Rick: ok.
(Rick and Jo go to sam's room first cuz he is the closest to their room and notice he's asleep on the top of the bed with a book in his hands
Jo: (go's over and takes the book out of his hands and puts a book mark in his book while Rick puts sam under the covers then jo goes over twards sam and both of them say good night and leave the room. then enter Jamies and tisha's room and tuck each of them in for they are already asleep in bed then say goodnight to them then leave the room and go back to their room and go to sleep in their bed.)

Wow Mrs. G...I'm sorry (hugs Mrs. Garrett) I'm sure Tootie will be fine...I mean she has to. I can imagine how scared you are Mrs. Garrett. Thanks Mrs. G. Actually I just found out. I had a feeling that I might be, but when I went to California for that week, they perform a physical exam. A blood test was one of the things they performed, and they informed me I was pregnant. I havent even told Jamie yet. I told Rick last night, and he was pretty happy about it :) Blair figured it out,she said I was getting fat. :lol:

Don't worry Natalie, you're GOING TO see Tootie before her surgery.

*Puts on medical mask and walks out into the hall*

*In a low voice* Goodmorning Nurse............uh...*sees tag*....Betty. It seems like i'm a bit lost. Can you tell me what room they are operating on Ms. Dorothy Ramsey?

Nurse: It's number 273 in the operating ward.

Nat: Thank you.

*Walks to the operating ward and walks into 273. See's Tootie laying on the operating table, but she was just put to sleep. (You know what I mean LOL)*

Nuse: Oh Doctor your here. We were expecting you. Here are your gloves and your tools. Now....get to work.

*Pushes her up to the operating table and Natalie just stands there with her eyes wide open with little beads of sweat running down her face*

She is leaving right now. She should be here in a few hours. Probably about the time that Aunt Tootie gets out of surgery.

I don't know what I'll do next. I assume I'll be reinstated. I don't know, I'll find out soon enough though.

So did Sam tell you about his parents?

Yea he did, I feel really sorry for him. I wish he didn't have to go threw that. :( I know that i'm loved, I feel bad that he never got to experence that.

Well, he'll be experiencing it now. He is staying with us while the court sorts out what to do with his parents. Hopefully all will work out.

Jamie: (ordering) I'll have 6 eggs soft not runny, hashbrowns crisp not burnt, tost buttered on the side, bacon, and a medium coffe.
Cafeteria person: Is that all?

Jo: I thought that they were only aloud to be together if a adult was with them at all times even eating what changed your mind?
Rick: Well i got to talking to sam and we talked for about 1hour while jamie slept agianst sam's chest. When we were talking he told me about everything he had happen to him and then he said that he would of never been able to have this long of a conversation with his dad. I told him that he could always talk to us and he dosent have to worry about his parents any more. I think i trust them enought to go out alone again he seems like he is good at following the rules as long as he knows what they are. I also think that Jamie will do what we tell her to do and not do what we tell her not to do. we never told her not to do it so she did. So what do you say should we end the adult with them at all times thing??
