Dr: She is unconcious right now. We are going to have to take her up for surgery to set her arm. She has 2 broken ribs as well as the arm. The babies are fine. They don't seem to have suffered at all from this so far. We'll let you know when the surgery is over.

The doctor just came out. They've just taken her up to have surgery on her arm which is broken pretty bad. She also has some broken ribs, but the babies don't seem to have suffered anything at all so far. He said they will let us know when she gets out of surgery.

I'm afraid your friend has a serious and rare case of appendicitis and will need her appendix out. Now we can treat her, but we will need to fly in some special doctors from Los Angeles to treat her, and we don't know how long that will take. She'll just have to stay here a couple days and just............hope for the best. But not to worry, we have our best doctors here working on her right now. We're doing everything we can at the moment. You'll just have to wait here or go home. Only blood relatives can see her in a couple hours.

I uh...I was at a bar near here. I'm going to have to fly back to California in the next couple of days and I think it would be better for everybody if you stay here with Jamie. After everything that has happened here, Jamie is going to need her dad. Also, I told Jamie that we could go look for a motorcycle for when she gets her license, but I'm not going to be able to do that now. I want you to take Jamie and get her the best bike there is.

I'm trying to get my lawyer to work out a deal with the DA so I can come back out here after being arraigned, but I don't know how that will go. I know you want to come with me here baby, but I would prefer if you stayed here with Jamie and if you keep me updated on Blair and Natalie's condition.

Jamie, sweetie, we need to talk. I got a call from Jinny, the Grand Jury has charged me. My lawyer is talking with the DA now to work out my surrender. As for Tad, it seems that the plane that he was on crashed. The reports that keep coming out keep changing their minds. One minute everybody is dead, then there are survivors, then they are dead again. I don't know, we're still trying to figure out what is going on there.

Carl: Second is that you are to report to a "Probation Officer" of sorts that the court will choose daily.
Jo: Okay, so far so good.
Carl: And third, I could not get them to change at all. You need to be here in the next 48 hours to turn yourself in. You'll come to my office first and give me your gun and badge. Then we will drive to the jail where you will be booked and held until your arraignment. It shouldn't be more then a week.
Jo: Whoa, wait a minute. You mean I have to sit in jail for a week? No way Carl, I can't do that.
Jo: I could not get them to budge on that. You are to be in custody until your arraignment when we will post your bail, get your monitor and send you back to New York. As your lawyer I'm recommending that you accept this. You're not going to get a better deal then this. As it is, the DA is livid, but he'll live with it.

They said he is so badly burned that the only way to identify him is by dental records. i imagine we should be getting a phone call from the airline soon to get a copy of his records. Hold on a minute Blair, it might not be him. They said the body was not recognizable. The only reason they have said it was him was because of some papers. Those papers could have gotten moved around easily. Lets just wait until we get the report back from the dental records okay. This is not your fault. Everything happens for a reason, just remember that.

Why does everybody think I have been convicted? I haven't yet. All that has happened is that I have been charged. I'm leaving today and I should be back in about a week. I'll be out of pocket and I don't think I will be able to be reached. I'll try to call when I can, but I can't promise anything. I'm sorry all of this is happening now, but I have to fly out today. In fact I'm flying out in a few hours. I HATE that this is happening now, if there was anyway I couldn't be gone for a wekk I would, but there is nothing I can do to stop this. I am SO sorry to be leaving you with this buren Blair. Mrs. Garrett and Natalie are tripping out. Dorothy is the only one that is standing strong through all of this. *While everyone is gone, a crate arrives at the hotel for Jamie. Rick signs for it and has it moved out of the way but where Jamie can see it when she gets back. He then puts a note on it telling Jamie to come see him when she sees the crate.*

That stupid DA was going to try and arrest me at the airport and say I was trying to flee so I wouldn't be released. *Hrmph* Jinny got there and prewarned me so we could go out a back way and slip through their fingers.

I'm safe for now, but I'm having to watch out for these idiots. One thing for sure, the judge will hear about this.

One intern slaps a damp rag over Tad's face. He CRIES OUT, struggles for a moment, then passes out. The two men heave him onto the gurney, throw a wide cloth over him, then hurry him

it feels that way when i'm out of school, but in school if feels like forever. Yea i know about all the responsibilities that come with the bike like fixing it and cleaning it and paying for gas. and all the road rules. and thats all i can think of for now. I miss you a lot i know that it has only been a couple of hours but they have seemed like all eternity. How is it going so far, I want the truth no matter how bad or good it is.

Things have been going pretty much the way I figured it would, but you don't concern yourself with what may or may not be happening to me. You just go out and have fun on that bike of yours okay kiddo.
