Thanks. :)
Someone called you a retart and a b*tch at the Full House board. You should report them to a moderator.
What's going to suck is that 95% of people aren't going to get the parody and just think I'm ****ed-up in the head (which I am).
Oh, the things I'll do for comedy!

dawsongirl 05-26-2004, 01:31 AM Dawsongirl, your pointing out that if Lucy would have the same characters and settings around her then she would be the longest sitcom character, well Frasier didn't have the same characters on his shows and the same setting. He had the same name oh woo hoo! But like in Romeo and Juliet she says "What is in a name?", I think its the personality of the character and Lucy had the "Lucy" persona for 22 years. She played the star struck, ditzy, yet insanely intelligent red head. Who cares if she played that with different people or with different last names, she is still the longest lasting sitcom character in my book?
Since I can't reply, I'll just do it here. :D
Okay, so say I have a friend and we have similar interests and personalities. According to this logic, we're the same person! That sure cuts down on over-population.

Well, one was from Feb. 15, 1975, and when they were playing the opening credits (where the cartoon Carol goes up to each member's dressing room door, opens it and you see a live-action member inside...Carol starts with Harvey first, then Vicki and then Lyle or Tim, depending on the season), the cartoon Carol went up to Vicki's door, opened it and there Vicki was.....WITH AN AFRO!!!!

OMG, Mama on Hollywood Squares today was SO damn funny
She got asked about the most common ways people lose their contacts, and then she started telling Tom this "true story" about "many years ago" when she used to wear contacts. Supposedly, one night, she took them out and put them both in a drinking glass. Her husband woke up with a really bad hangover the next morning, so he drank Mama's water glass w/ her contacts in it, and then she realized her husband had swallowed her contacts. The next week, she had to get a stool sample (you shoulda seen the look on Tom Bergeron's face when she said "stool sample") and she never did find her contacts, but now whenever she bends over, she can see you (again, the look on Tom's face....OMG). Then she started laughing REALLY hard and had to put her purse over her face
