Default Full House "blipped out" a phone number!

Did anyone else also noticed in the episode "Misadventures in Babysitting" in the last scene where Stephanie is telling DJ her new phone number how the last four numbers are "blipped out?" You can hear Stephanie say, "555..." Her lips are moving and there is an overcast of the audience laughter above where she would've said the last four numbers. This past week, I've watched and rewound that scene over and over, and it's clear as day. Why did they do that? I don't remember that in TBS's airings.

That's very strange, considering numbers that start with 555 aren't valid anyway, which is why numbers on teleivision and in movies always use numbers starting with 555.

Big deal, it's just four fictional numbers.

Try doing closed captioning to see if it will come up.

It isn't a big deal, but I was just posting it as a reference and to see who else noticed. I wasn't asking what the number was. I was just making convo.

The number is 555-8722. I could hear it clearly.

Did they cut this in an ABC Family episode? It would not surprise me. They do some weird things with editting.

Yeah, I've seen that ep on Nick and Nite recently and I didn't notice that anything was cut.

In one episode, Michelle says that the phone number is 555-2424.

But sometimes, the number can change on a sitcom.

The number mentioned on "Misadventures in Babysitting" was DJ's own personal phone line. This one is the Tanners' number.

I look at Blossom and even their number started with 555 - xxxxx
and when they call some guy in San Diego even his mumber is 555 - xxxx. Cause Blossom live in California like FH I always guessed 555 - xxxx was/is the area code to Calerfonia. Have some sitcom in soem other state even 555 as startnumbers? Or have I right, is 555 the area code for the county of Calefornia?

The funny thing is that some cellphones also (maybe just in my area) almost start off with 555. They're 550. And correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I've seen some 800 numbers that also have 555 such as 1-800-555-xxxx.

I noticed that too that they deleted the first number of the phone number Michelle was reciting,555,-424. I didn't know what was up with that. On The Cosby Show the other night, they showed the episode where Vanessa wasn't allowed to see the movie,"Death Trap 2000".they kept the phone number of the parents that let their daughter see that movie. 555 numbers are fictional numbers.

Exactly! That's just what I was thinking to myself when I noticed it on "Misadventures in Babysitting." I mean, it's not like it's one of the actor's real phone number or anything.... Sheesh!

There's nothing wrong with it.
I thought that was aired? Then, Joey says, "I am" and rubs his belly. And Michelle says, "Way to go, Joey." Or do you mean another scene?

I'll have to watch that episode again in my tapes to see it.

Maybe ABC Family cut it but Nick left it in.
