Default Another Blooper!

I was on a Mama's Family website(don't know which one, sorry) and in their blooper category there is one that I never noticed before! In the Thanksgiving episode after everyone comes up from the basement there is a blooper! Let me see if I can explain this................
Well, after everyone (except Iola) goes into the living room to see the damage then Mama goes back into the kitchen. Soon after Naomi and Vint come back in and after Mama bestows the honor of table setting on Naomi there is a shot of just Mama with the basement door ajar in the background. Well, (I'm getting to it)
you can see Iola's dress behind the door for just a second or two. She is waiting for her cue to come in. After reading about this I immediately put in my Mama Thanksgiving episode tape. At first I didn't see it but it is there! I have seen this ep twenty times at least and never noticed that before! Sorry this is so long but I tend to be long-winded sometimes!

Wow! I never noticed that!

I saw something the other day when Mama was "Singin' in the Rain" It was when she has the umbrella in her hand and wraps around the porch column where it shows the closeup of the umbrella- right before that when she is coming around, her boob almost knocks the mailbox off! I also think that its kinds funny when It thunders and she just throws the umbrella down and runs back inside. LOL

Oh! One more thing in that episode..........

After Mama walks out of the kitchen when Bubba is reciting the SAP members, you can still hear him when she walks out even though you can't see him. Near the end of the list, it sound like he says "Ret Turner" as one of the members. FYI- Ret Turner is Mama's Family's Costume Designer hmmmmmmmmmmmmm..................

There are names on Mama's Family taken directly from people involved with the production. One is Roselle taken from the shows hairdresser another one that I have noticed recently after watching the credits of Carol Burnett and Friends is Becky Sue Mann(the prom date that Naomi tried to set Bubba up with)
I am sure there are other examples. Allison would know I am sure!

Well, whaddya thunk? I never thought of the Roselle bit! I'm going to have to start thinking of some other examples.

Yeah, its funny. I had noticed the Roselle thing along way back. Of course, I am a stickler for watching credits too.

But for another blooper or really just a flaw in logic...

Vinton and Naomi often talk about showering in the basement. Well, I have some problems with that: 1) In the Thanksgiving episode and all others that have scenes in the basement, there is no shower or bathroom in the basement and (2) Nor should there be. I know of no home that has a basement bathroom and (3) I know Mama didn't pay to have one put in!

In the last few houses I lived in, we had a basement bathroom. Maybe it was just a shower and not an actual bathroom (in my first childhood house that I lived in from 1985 to 1995, we had just a toilet and sink in the basement bathroom, and then a shower in another room). Who knows?

Hey, you never know... My childhood house was built in 1963 (I think), and I think the house Mama lived in would have been built in the 1950's. Not that far off...Somethin' to think about
