Frank Welker is the current voice of Scooby Doo.

Casey Kasem left the role of Shaggy for about seven years because of a spat over Shaggy eating meat (Kasem is a strict vegetarian). During the period of time Kasem was absent, Shaggy was voiced by Scott Innes.

Post Every Scooby-Doo Series

I've noticed that in every Hanna-Barbera cartoon I see,Frank Welker does more voices than his "Scooby-Doo_ character Fred. Why is that?

I like most of the series especially the "NEW Scooby-Doo Movies" was a hour-long series featuring guest appearances by Jonathan Winters, Sonny & Cher, Dick Van Dyke along with other characters from other series like Batman & Robin, the Harlem Globetrotters, Josie & the Pussycats and those other guest appearances from the 30's like the Three Stooges and Laurel & Hardy.

Billy West(Doug, Ren And Stimpy) was Shaggy. Scott Innes did
Scooby's voice during that time.

And Hamilton Camp never did Scrappy. Lennie Weinrib initally did
his voice but after that Don Messick did double duty as the voices
of Scooby and Scrappy.

A Pup Named Scooby Doo ruled, probably one of if not the best. The classic "Scooby Doo, Where Are you", ruled too, of course.
