Thumbs up I'd like to thank Janice for...

...recommending Netflix. My family has been using it for the past month and we just love it. It is a lot better than Hollywood Video and Blockbuster. Plus I not only can rent movies but I can also rent TV shows. This is great because I don't have to spend 30 bucks for a season set of a show that I would like to watch but not purchase. Not only that but the DVDs usually get here within a day after it is shipped. Awesome.

I get 2-3 movies a week.

I'm glad you're enjoying it. How many rentals do you have in your queue? I have about 30. I add movies that are still in theaters.

TJL - You would love it.

28 movies/tv shows. It is set up in my family so that I get on DVD, my father gets 1 DVD, and my mother gets 1 DVD. My parents recently rented Lost in Translation, which I think has become VERY popular with Netflix.

Welcome to the club! It's a movie lover's dream. The only small complaint that I have is that lately, a few new releases will have a wait time. I've been a member since last June, and this just started happening, but not too much.

My guess is that Netflix has really caught on and could be experiencing inventory and employee shortages. I still love it though.

Iv'e heard from pretty much everyone I know who is with Netflix, that it's a great company. Along with it having lightning fast s&h, it also has a huge variety of DVD's to choose from. The average Blockbuster store that Iv'e been to, probably has had anywhere from 4, to 5,000 DVD's at best, while Netflix has over 18,000 to choose from, with new ones coming in all the time. I went to Blockbuster awhile back, and they didn't even have The Lion King, or Forrest Gump. I had a list of over 20 movies, and of all of them, they only had three. For them apparantely being the number one rental chain in America, they sure don't seem to have much of a variety. I wonder how long it will be before Netflix opens up stores across America? If they did, I'm sure they'd put Hollywood, and Blockbuster out of business! Anyway, I'm glad you all have had a pleasant experience with them. Hopefully I'll be able to finally get a credit card soon so I can join!

Hi Janice! Iv'e missed you too. As far as where Iv'e been, Iv'e been here, just not as much as of late. It's been sort of a New Years resolution of mine to spend less time online, and get some important things done in my life. So far that seems to be going pretty good. Also, Iv'e been going through some personal problems that Iv'e needed to work through. Hopefully though I'll get everything straightened out soon, so that I'll be able to come on, and post more often. It's always great hearing what you, and many others here have to say!
