I had seen this & wanted it but wasn't sure if I could afford it or not even tho no one had bid on it yet. The I saw you had bid on it & was hoping you'd get it. I don't bid on stuff I see folks on here bidding on as I don't wanna outbid a Freddie friend. This is sad a stranger got it. Now none of us will ever get to hear it. I noticed this stranger has bid on some other stuff on him. If they like him that much to pay that much for stuff on him then they ought join us on here. We're not that scary LOL! So sorry you lost the bid...

I didn't realize it was you or I wouldn't have bid against you.... I was going to make copies of it to share with the people on here as well. I am like Cheryl, as soon as I know it is someone from the boards, I don't bid against them. I know they will share their treasures with us all one way or another.... I will add your eBay bidding name to my list of people to watch for.


I have seen this sanhya bid on Freddie things before. They got the big set of clippings and some Freddie magazines reciently. I wish I knew who this person was. It would be nice if they would share with us. Anyone brave enough to contact them through eBay and ask if they would be willing to share?!?!

AND BTW did you see how much it went for??? I couldn't have afforded $51... I am just a poor WV school teacher with a big house and a big morgage, as well as a daughter in college right now!

Good luck! I'd love to see more folks getting to Freddie. I've looked up to see what some of the folks bidding on Freddie stuff are bidding on & from some of the stuff I've seen it looks to me like they just wanted it cuz it was rare or he was a dead star or curiosity. Then ya see a few who seem like they like him & ya wonder why they don't join us on here. I promise we don't bite LOL! Wish I could afford that kinda $$$ for stuff on him but with hubby disabled due to diabetes making him legally blind & all we have is what little disability he gets it's rough so I can symathize with those who can't afford to pay that much...

How did I miss the Tiger Beat magazines with Freddie in them? I would've loved to have had them...

when i saw that lucky wasn't the high bidder i tried to bid but it went higher than i can afford now.

Yes, that was my intention. I wanted to include the songs on the tribute cd coming up in June and I'm sorry about all the confusion that went on. I was so upset at the way it turned out but hopefully we can still work something out for the new tribute cd.

I'm sick that this pic and cassette tape went to a stranger. I wish I would have known it was up for bid. I would have put the entire tape on CD for everyone...doggone it!!! Hopefully whoever purchased it is a huge fan and perhaps would consider sharing this rare treasure with the rest of us.

Well I guess this is a matter of "ask and ye shall receive". The lady who won the tape turns out to be a really nice person and has offered to make a copy for me. I have contacted her back again with my address and I am willing to send a copy to Macca cause I know she can make the tape into a CD for everyone. I have also invited her to post on here.... BTW she told me she came over here after I gave her the link and saw how much interest there was in the tape. I hope she will post and become part of the family. Like I said, she seems really nice. And it is obvious from her purchases on eBay, she is interested in our Prinze!
