Default Crystal Bernard In "Annie Get Your Gun"

Several years ago Crystal toured as Annie Oakely in the musical "Annie Get Your Gun", and she eventually replaced Reba McIntyre in the role on Broadway.

I've never seen Crystal in this musical, but I would love to....Her spitfire character and her "surprisingly pretty when dressed up" good looks are just PERFECT for the role of Annie Oakely.

I'm wondering if Crystal has appeared in "Annie Get Your Gun" RECENTLY. Many times a performer will perform in a musical, leave it for a while and then return.....If anyone knows ANYTHING about even a POSSIBILITY of Crystal starring in another production of "Annie Get Your Gun", please let us know about it....Thanks!

(Here's a crazy thought....Wouldn't it be a BLAST if we "Wings" fans planned some sort of a "Theater Party" event and all traveled to a certain city where Crystal was appearing in "Annie Get Your Gun", and we all attended a performance of the show as a group? Again, it's a crazy thought, but what a FUN time we'd have, and what a great way it would be to meet each other in person!)

How strange. Last night, N@N aired Two Jerks and a Jill and Annie Get Your Gun was mentioned.

It's strange how Lowell knows so much about musical theatre!

It's strange how Lowell knows so much about a LOT of things!

I wouldn't be surprised if somewhere inside that strange mind of his, there's little-known, but accurate information about Shakespeare, Grand Opera and classical music lurking!

Remember Lowell's frustrated question to the gang: "Am I the ONLY one around here who watches PBS?"

Well, I don't know the answer to your question... but I just wanted to say that a few years ago my friend went to NYC & when she came back she said she saw "Annie Get Your Gun" and it was really good... but she was disappointed that she didn't get to see Bernadette Peters as Annie.

So I asked her who it was, and she said somebody she'd never heard of before, "Crystal Bernard."

Love,

Wing<><

Of course! Lowell asks that if you drive down Seseme Street, would you in fact end up in Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood!
